Scrub pants
These are awesome! I got the same size and my regular Figs! I definitely recommend. Love them and happy with my purchase

Runs big, may fit better later in pregnancy
I usually wear a size Large in Figs scrub pants, and from what I understand, you’re supposed to order your usual size in the maternity version too. I’m currently 32 weeks pregnant, and these just feel really big on me, baggy in all the wrong places. That said, I imagine they’ll fit better toward the very end of my pregnancy, so I’m holding onto them. Comfortable material, but definitely a looser fit than I was hoping for.

Not good for maternity
I really wanted to love these FIGS maternity pants because the quality and overall fit are great. However, the waistband is a major issue—it goes across the belly rather than over it like most maternity pants. This design makes them uncomfortable, especially as my pregnancy progresses. If they had a true over-the-belly panel, they would be perfect. Unfortunately, I have to return them because I can’t see myself wearing them all day. Hoping FIGS reconsiders the waistband design in the future!

Smart Maternity Scrub Pants with Real Features
If you’re looking for something that works hard and keeps you comfortable through a shift and a pregnancy, the FIGS Zamora Jogger Maternity Scrub Pants deliver. The fabric—FIGS’s own FIONx blend—offers 4-way stretch, moisture-wicking, anti-wrinkle finish, and built-in odor protection thanks to Silvadur technology. The design packs in five practical pockets (two hand, two back, one zip cargo) so you’ve got your essentials close. It also features a soft knit maternity waistband with a supportive belly panel and an elastic back waist—great for growing comfort and mobility. On the plus side, the look is modern, the fit is flattering, and it blends function with style. Some reviewers note the waistband material can feel a bit snug as the pregnancy progresses, but overall, these scrubs are a solid pick for moms-to-be who want comfort and performance without sacrificing a professional look.

Itchy due to inferior band fabric
Terrible fit and I’ve worn figs for the last 3 years. The maternity band is super itchy and poor quality. Go with a different brand.

Waistband is not comfortable
I exclusively wear scrubs from Figs. This is the first product I have ever been disappointed with. There is no way a woman designed these. I am only in my first Trimester and the waistband is so uncomfortable, even with sizing up. I decided to keep them just because I can no longer wear my normal scrub pants. I now have to find another brand to use for the rest of my pregnancy. I hear they used not to have the tie waist and were only elastic on top and I wish these were like that. Figs if you read this PLEASE GET RID OF THE TIE !

Too short!
Too short! I’m 5’9” so I bought a size tall and these pants barely reached the top of my ankles. Other than that the fit was great.

New design terrible
I don’t know who redesigned these but the new ones with the band are terrible. I wish figs actually cared about their maternity clothes. They are constantly out of stock too, but rest assured it’s not worth the wait.
