Bought this for my 10 year old - so good! It was so easy to transfer hundreds of videos and photos from my iPhone on to the device for her. Don’t bother with the usb. Just use the ‘send anywhere’app - incredibly easy and quick! I like the quality of the screen display. We’ve got Spotify on it for all her music. Brilliant value for money device. Sound quality is decent too. Got a little clock, and calendar and if you keep google, they can access some games via that method if you want.

Less than 6 months old. The battery has stopped charging and the device will not switch on. My daughter is very disappointed. I tried to contact the company but the website wouldn’t send my message. Even when it did work it was very slow.

Grand-daughter loves it

I am pretty impressed with this mini marvel of an mp3 player. It runs on Android 8 which is a little long in the tooth now, but the apps which are installed work absolutely fine, if not just a little slower compared to your latest smartphone. The great thing about this device is that it can play FLAC files with no fuss whatsoever, and it has also revived some of my old mp3 tracks that I had stored away on a HDD. The 80gb memory is more than enough for most needs but you can expand the storage to up to 1tb with your own micro SD card. Amazon Music, Spotify and Audible apps worked perfectly too although I am not sure how you are supposed to reinstall the apps if you ever plan to delete them like I did with Facebook. Google Chrome is on there, so I am assuming you can just grab the app from Play store if you have a google account (assuming the app will download for this older Android 8 unit). Probably best just to move the apps off to another page in case you ever need to use them later. I also tried Kindle and the text was perfect readable when zoomed in but in all honesty I would not be reading any books off such a tiny screen away, even if it is pretty sharp for a budget unit. I had no issues connecting my Bluetooth headphones and connection was mostly stable, however I did come across a connect/disconnect issue with my Galaxy Buds which did not seem to materialise with my Sony buds or my Sennheiser headphones. Music played flawlessly with the stock Music app which handled all my files with ease. I am using this as a music player instead of sapping the battery from my phone during commutes and gym, but I think this would also make a nice little device for kids to listen to some tunes and/or audiobooks, if you don't want to set them free with a fancy smartphone.

Bought my grandchildren them for Christmas and they love them. Parental control is excellent so no worries there. Build quality seems good and easy to use.

Brought for my 9 year old for Christmas worked fine but now it’s not charging and getting hot instead so not able to use anymore Emailed seller a they have sent me out a new one so hopefully this one is okay!

Very disappointed, bought as a Christmas present, looked fantastic to begin with but it took ages to charge up and then the battery lasted barely any time, tried to charge again but it now won't charge at all, it has marks around the charging port which feels loose, definitely doesn't seem like a brand new product and I can only assume it's a refurbished one or been previously sent back as faulty or something, for it to only be used for about an hour on Christmas day and then become useless seems ridiculous. Awful quality and durability. It's a nice size but that's no good if it doesn't work!

Il prodotto si è presentato sin da subito di una lentezza esasperante. Spesso le APP Amazon Music e Spotify si bloccavano e per farle ripartire dovevo chiuderle e riavviarle. Inoltre quando lo collegavo al caricabatterie non partiva la ricarica oppure partiva dopo qualche minuto di collegamento. Alla fine non ha più caricato il sistema operativo (restava bloccato alla schermata di avvio) e per spegnerlo dovevo premere il tasto di reset. Restituito al mittente Non proprio un bel regalo di natale

Super low quality, does not charge properly, even after being plugged in for hours, the battery lasts 30 min max, while the player is on it constantly hangs!!

Bought this as a christmas present for my granddaughter used once and will not charge and have used multiple chargers to get it working but nope
