Great for baby
We LOVE this formula. Not only is it affordable but it has good ingredients that work for my baby. I wish more people knew about this formula and how affordable it is. We have been using this formula since week 1 with no issues. Baby has very little gas issues. We use the Dr. Brown's anti colic bottles which helps reduce gas. I also wish services like WIC and EBT would allow the purchase of organic formula because this is basically the same price. Beware though, a couple weeks ago the listing was removed from amazon. There are only a handful of stores that carry this formula and I had to order from Kroger and target. It took 4 days to get to me. Fortunately, I had a couple back up cans in the meantime.

Great formula-love the A2 one
I have been using a different organic formula for all my other children for 10+ years. That one became unavailable all of a sudden. I switched to this organic A2 formula and love it! I know it sounds crazy, but I even mixed it up, and tasted it next to 2 other organic ones from the store. This one tasted the best too! lol I wanted to know what my baby was eating!

Great for constipated little ones
Purchased this when out of town bc the local grocery store only had this in stock. It turns out the my daughter enjoys it! I switched from “byheart” to this formula once we came home. The only down fall- I have to order it from Amazon bc it is not carried at stores around me. Not a huge deal, but makes you want to sign up for a subscription to ensure you have plenty in stock at home. My daughter struggles with constipation, and had since we transitioned to puréed foods, this actually has helped her stomach immensely and she is no longer struggling to pass bowel movements! Downfall- the place on the lid where the scoop goes is a bit flimsy Second- it’s a single scoop per ounce in stead of 2 oz per scoop which most formula brands do. I won’t complain much about one scoop = 1oz because sometimes my little one won’t drink 6 oz, but needs more than 4!

Alternative to Happy Baby Sensitive
Our 7 month old was on the Happy Baby Sensitive formula for four months until they discontinued it, and has now been drinking this A2 formula for about a month. I hope this review can help anyone who may be wanting to switch to this A2 formula after using the sensitive version. We were nervous because our baby has done very well with different reduced lactose formulas and not well with regular formulas, so we weren’t sure if he would do well with A2 milk. The A2 formula actually worked even better than the sensitive formulas he has tried! Poop: With Happy Baby Sensitive, our baby’s poop was peanut butter texture and a darker yellow/brown color. With Happy Baby A2, his poops were runnier at the beginning, but solidified after a couple weeks. Gas and fussiness: When our baby was on the sensitive formula, we used to give him gas drops at least once a day due to feeling bubbly and fussing. Since he started the A2 formula he hasn’t needed gas drops at all and isn’t fussy from gas anymore! Overall: Our baby always preferred the taste of the Happy Baby Sensitive formula over others, but he actually seems to like the A2 formula even more. He drinks it easily without sputtering, wants to drink more of it per day, and gets excited when he sees his bottle. There are obviously many other benefits to the A2 formula (being made in Germany, pre/probiotics, the new packaging is better than any others out there) so we’re very happy with the switch!

Clean formula
My baby will only drink this formula. Good stuff and not filled with junk.

Excellent product!
Definitely pricy but we really want to prioritize our babies nutrition during the most important stage of her growth. This was her main staple when my wife started to dry up

Would not recommend at all
This formula is a scam. I have never had any formula where for each oz you need a scoop of formula. Also the formula did not satisfy my baby and it made him colicky and he is generally a very happy baby. He would need 2 full bottles of this in comparison to other brands where he only needed 1 bottle to be satisfied. I would not recommend and I definitely would not buy again.

4 Stars due to Skim milk & Seed Oils
This was my first choice when I first started supplementing with formula for my 3rd baby. I love the smell, the organic ingredients, the prebiotics. However, after doing further research I now highly prefer Kendamil. Happy Baby Organic Formula uses skim milk and the fats all come from seed oils :( At first, I thought this was just a sad norm and didn't have another option. I appreciated that at least the seed oils are organic. I was so thrilled to see that Kendamil uses whole animal milks (both cow and goat) a only tops the formula off with seed oils. That being said, Kendamil uses only a small fraction of the seed oils and the baby gets most of their fats from milk fat. Byheart also uses whole animal milk (cow), but I researched both companies and prefer Kendamil. Just sharing in case anyone else could benefit from this information. Glad my baby only ingested about one and a half containers of Happy Baby before we switched on over to Kendamil! Babies do not need to ingest tons of seed oils!! Overall, I will say that Happy Baby Organics is still waaaay waaaay better than Similac, Enfamil, Gerber, and all of the other big companies who use lots of harmful ingredients and then turn around offering organic options though they do not truly care infant health. I just hope Happy Baby (and every other company for that matter) will ditch the skim milk and give babies the milk fats instead of large volumes of seed oils.
