Depends on how much you weigh and how big your belly is as all women carry their body weight/baby bellies differently. The costume is buttoned up in the front and there's about 6" in between each of the buttons. Since you are shorter, the length won't be an issue; I would be more focused on your baby belly fitting. I am 5'6" and weighed around 150lbs when I was 32 weeks pregnant and could have fit the medium I got. Hope that helps!
