Is this water resistant?

Im Asian/Russian and quite pale, i see most of the reviews say it is supper white. My skin is a bit of a yellowish-brownish tint to it, will this work

Hi. The compact does come with an large applicator pad. I am not sure about their return policy. If you did order one that is light, you may consider just adding a few drops of a darker foundation to the sponge. I have done that with previous foundations and the result didn't change the original foundation texture but I got great color.
