I bought this product did not use it and sent it back because I decided to go through Regenix company itself, which is the same price. My salon stylist has told me that sometimes getting products whether on line or at a store may not be all the same pure ingredients, I’m not saying this product that seems to come from Regenix isn’t the same, but if I’m going to help my hair to get healthy and regain new growth, I wanna go through the company. The other thing that’s really good about going through the company you send your hair samples every three months so that they can look through a microscope to see how your hair follicles are doing every three months, I talk to them was worried about sending my DNA, but they said they cut the hair off and look at the follicle and the shaft of the hair, and safely throws it away. They have no need to keep it so I felt good about that. . Yesterday I called them and the lady was so nice that I talked for at least 15 minutes asking questions about the products and how I’m putting them on and doing with my hair was very helpful, the other thing is I received my report back on my hair samples and they gave a thorough Report on it and I learned a lot about things that are wrong with my hair and they send pictures of the follicle to show you what it looks like and even though I don’t use a lot of products on my hair, I had a lot of debris and things on my follicle. The product smell so good in fresh. My hair feels very good and fresh, and I’m excited to see how it works through time and have to be patient because it may take some months but worth it.

Wow! This company has amazing customer service! I lost the small vials when I threw away the packaging (my fault of course) but they sent me new ones right way! If you have a question or concern these folks will get right on it and make it right! All you need to do is contact them! They even have a way to chat right from their website to an agent that was a real person! All natural and with a human touch! Regenix is just awesome!

I have been using Regenix products for about 20 years. I have fine hair and this system allows me to wash my hair every day without dryness. The starter kit is a good introduction to these high quality products but there are other products in this line up for specific needs. I reached out to Regenix.com to discover a couple of other products. One is the Keratin serum which keeps spit ends at bay. The other is the Follicle Guard which is a must if you colour your hair. You put it on before going to the salon and it protects the scalp from chemicals in hair colouring products. No more itch!! Now the treatments… My husband always had a great head of hair. He started thinning on top and so he sent in a hair sample to Regenix. They formulated a “potion” for him and he applies it faithfully every day. He has been using it for about 4 years. In his words “this stuff really works”. His thinning has subsided. The drawback is that he has to be faithful with it….every day. Recently he developed an itchy scalp due to eczema. Once again he called Regenix and another “potion” arrived. No more itch. These people are the scalp and hair guru’s!

Just various treatments for your hair with poorly written directions and poorly packaged materials. Very ugly.
