Cheeko Hamster Ball, Transparent

I made the mistake of buying this before reading the reviews. It's such a flimsy plastic ball that it's absolutely useless to your hamster. I've just had my teddy bear hamster in it for literally 5 minutes before the whole thing came apart mid roll. If you do intend on using this my advice would be to make sure you keep your eye on your pet at all times incase it comes apart and causes injuries. But seriously, don't waste your cash.

Doesn’t slot together properly and when I do manage to get it to stay together it falls apart as soon as my poor hamster gets into it. UPDATE - used this for the second time, it broke and my hamster got frightened it ran through a hole in the wall. Thanks so much for that!

Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be particularly well made, as no matter how careful I was, the ball would fall apart. In the end, I superglued the two halves together (and also one of the hatches). This makes it much more secure, but not as easy to clean.

The description says 20cm in the 'product description'. It actually measures 17cms so no good even for our smaller degu. The plastic does not feel very sturdy and the two halves came apart very easily as did the lid so the locking catches don't seem very safe. Definitely not value for money.

Absolutely terrible. It falls apart as soon as the hamster is in it. I’ve had to superglue the thing together just to use it and the lid has to be sellotaped on each time so it doesn’t fall off. Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing as this is obviously standard for the product and not a ‘one-off’.

It all goes together well. Hamster loves it. But with hamster in it it simply falls to bits - either both halves falling apart or the top coming off. Either way the hamster then escapes; good fun for the hamster but not what you'd want. Can all be held together with Sellotape, but who wants to have to do that.

HORRIBLE. Was very hard to put together and once it was clipped In it just fell apart again. Very very bad quality. One little bump in this and my hamster would fall out. Worst hamster ball I’ve ever had.
