Great product - intense color, shine, and softness after using
This is a great product - easy to use, it covered my greys, longer-lasting than expected. However, this “Golden Brown” pulled very red on me. My greys turned copper and my natural dark brown looked very dark auburn. Since this is semi-permanent, the color is gradually fading and I’ve found it staining my bath towel that I wrap around my head after washing. Those “criticisms” are just FYIs, though - the product works very well with great conditioning features and leaving a nice glossy shine. For me, XMondo was a good introduction into the world of DIY semi-permanent color.

Golden Brown is NOT golden.
I ordered golden brown and while the application was easy and my hair feels amazing, it now has an all over red tone which is the opposite of what I was going for. Super bummed because I have to do it again.

5g (shiny but dark) and 7c (bright but not shiny)
Okay, I bleached my hair from probably 4n up to 9. Then I decided to go back to brown, but ended up copper. I decided to try out copper and bought xmondo 7c. It deposited very vivid color, but did nothing to improve the condition of my totally fried hair (pic 1 is I think a couple washes after - I don't have a direct after). I then did a bunch of treatments to close my cuticles and get my hair looking and feeling better (pic 2). Then I wanted to get a richer brunette look so I bought the xmondo 5g and granted that it made my hair shinier, but it went only inky dark and very red. This could be because of the coppery tone of my before, but then why did it pull so dark? So my thinking is that the colors can pull dark on lightened hair and that they don't do a lot for hair condition if your hair is trashed, but I got a good gloss after repairing. That said there aren't great products for semi permanent natural colors so while I wish the 5g gave me a lighter less red result, I'm not sure I have a better option. And while the 7c didn't make my hair feel better, it did give it a vivid true color. So I'd probably buy/use them again.

Comes out slightly darker but so rich and pretty
Honestly the only semi permanent color that actually colors lighter hair. I’ve tried so many and spent so much money and the 5G is the perfect color. It’s a very rich warm brown, and it did come out very dark. It’s a very dark dark rich dark chocolate brown and it’s beautiful. More of a level 3 though. However I tried so many that made my hair look like green hay. So like I’m all set. And I used maybe 1/4 of it. So amazing!

Overpriced garbage
The golden brown color is more of a red color hair dye rather than a brown. I think the names of the colors on the line weren't chosen very well and the pictures on the listing aren't accurate. I think if you're buying these dyes to cover up grey hairs look for another product because these act more like a hair tint than a dye. You will see every imperfection and all existing highlights underneath this product. The dye stained my skin a lot, even when washing it out of my hair it stained my hands and fingernails. This product will not be replacing my usual semi permanent hair dye. Also the $30 price is ridiculous. I love Brad Mondos videos, but this product ain't it. I'm really pissed off I now have deep red hair when what I wanted was a more neutral warm tone brown. If someone messed up my color this much at the salon I would demand my money back or demand that they correct the color! $30 down the drain and my self confidence ruined until this washes out.

Easy and beautiful
Super easy to apply, no harsh smell, used very little product to do my whole head but I have thinner hair. My hair is super shinny, way softer, and has more body. I do not notice any residue. The color is more red then golden brown on me but suits me well. It helped blend in my old grown out highlights I have been growing out. I will update later with how long it hold holds up.

Color names/pictures are misleading
The product itself is good quality, easy to use and my hair feels soft and healthy. However, the shade 5G Golden Brown is not “golden” at all. It turned my hair RED. It doesn’t look bad so I’m not too upset about it, however this is not the vibe I had wanted.

Do not use on lighter hair!
Do not use this is you have mid blond hair. It turned my hair red. On the bright side glossing is great though, my hair feels amazing.

Doesn't really work
I wanted to like it. But it didn't really colour my hair. I was trying to tint my natural hair to blend a bit more with my growing out dyed hair, and well my roots are still very much present..and it also didn't even make my hair feel nice afterwards :/ it did stain everything it touched in my bathroom.. so overall not to happy.
