Yummy and helps me sleep!
I got this to try to help me sleep. I have insomnia and nothing helps. Someone told me to try magnesium and this was the first one I chose. It has chamomile which helps a lot! It has a strawberry flavor, but also tastes like chocolate covered strawberries. It’s very yummy! It’s not only yummy but it helps! I highly recommend this to anyone.

Absolutely love this magnesium liquid! The strawberry flavor is pleasant and not overpowering, making it easy to take daily. I’ve noticed better sleep quality and less muscle tension within just a few days. The dropper makes dosing super convenient, and the formula feels clean and effective

Second bottle has rancid flavor
On my second bottle. First bottle was great. Flavor was nice. 2nd bottle, something is off. The liquid is darker, thicker, and tastes horrible. It is rancid tasting. I have reached out to the company, to let them know something is wrong, but have recieved no response. I wouldn't recommend. The inconsistencies in the taste make it an unreliable product to use long term. There is no guarantee that when you purchase a bottle that it will even be edible, making it a waste of money. Or that your next bottle will be edible. I recommend using a different supplement.

This worked great as a sleep aid. I couldn't give it 5 stars because I didn't care for the taste...it was almost too sweet for me. I might have to buy it again because I'm unable to find anything else that works as well
