I got this supplement for my partner who is late 50's. I myself have been taking supplements for menopausal symptoms with great success and if you actually think about it, it makes sense that men can also have changes in their body as they age. With all supplements, I would suggest you research each individual ingredient to find out what the potential benefits are and if they could be a good fit for you. I have been taking biotin and ashwagandha for months now and have seen good things so I'm hoping my partner will too. In my experience, especially with the biotin, you do have to be patient and take regularly. They are a little on the pricey side although there's a lot going on here and you can get a discount if you take them on subscribe and save. Early days yet but seem fine so far.

I'm a 70 year old pensioner and the prospective cost, with no guarantee of any benefits, puts these beyond my reach. I will finish the course, just out of interest, to see what happens, but will definitely not be buying any at the end of that. Sorry 😬
