I thought that the advertising telling me that the sizes are correct for UK was probably going to be wrong. however the were telling the truth and they fit me perfectly. I have purchased 5 pairs so far. I use one pair for home use like a slipper as they are so comfortable and on pair forTai Chi. I rotate them as they wear out. 1 pair wil last me about 9 months. I love them. Cotton soles are very sturdy and help grip when practicing.

This is a good shoe and as described. I was a bit hesitant in ordering as I have both a wide foot and a high instep. Too many times have I experienced, with this design of shoe, not even being able to get my foot in far enough to check the width further down. I was pleasantly surprised that these just slipped on as they should. I am a size 6, (sometimes going up 1/2-1 size if a narrow shoe), but I measured my foot length as instructed and ordered the size recommended. Plenty of room. They may even become a bit slack with wear but I can cope with that... additional insoles perhaps or socks.

I bought size 6 which I usually wear for trainers and I returned it cause it was big by few inches. I got 5.5 size and wearing it feels loose from the sides I had to double up on socks for tight fit but still abit disappointed

Excellent fit. Excellent price. My husband is recovering from a recent stroke and these are just what he's been needing. Soles are not too thick which help with his feel for walking & they are light weight on his feet too.

These came up a bit on the small size and felt very uncomfortable. Have returned and ordered next size up.

I love these shoes. I did put a gel insole into them to increase comfort, and also got a larger size as recommended by previous reviews and they do the job just fine. I got them when i had some swelling in my feet and had to cope with bandages - again why I chose a larger size. I wouldn't use them for heavy exercise (probably not for martial arts either if I did that) but for general exercise and light gym work they are just fine.
