The build quality is solid, the pistol grip feels sturdy, and it pumps smoothly without fighting you. Plenty of pressure — it pushes grease easily even into tight or stubborn fittings. The kit is a huge bonus. The flex hoses, coupler, needles, and accessories make it super versatile, and the reinforced glove was a nice touch. The locking coupler grabs the zerk firmly with no mess or blow-off, which is a big improvement over cheaper guns I’ve used. I’ve used it on my truck and other equipment and it works flawlessly. Super easy to use the instructions are simple to understand and I was able to load the grease and prime the gun with a few moments. This was the first time of me using a grease gun and the instructions made everything very easy. It feels sturdy and well-made. I was able to grease my shocks within a few minutes of opening the package.

This is a lot of grease gun at this price point. The plunger was initially very stiff to pull out. Even more difficult was depressing the plunger release tab at the bottom of the grease gun. It took both thumbs and almost as much pressure as I could apply (downward) to get it to release. Both the plunger and the release tab seemed to work with less effort after a few tries. I used Teflon tape on the connection between the grease gun and the hose, and between the hose and the spring loaded quick coupler and experienced no leaks. One surprise, the instruction manual said to work the plunger in and out a few times when loading a new grease cartridge before tightening the lower portion of the grease gun to the trigger mechanism. The manual said this would help eliminate air bubbles. I disregarded this instruction as I had never heard of this before. But, I couldn't get the gun to prime until I did this. After sliding the plunger in and out a few times and then tightening the canister the rest of the way, the gun primed and worked well. I was especially impressed by the spring loaded quick coupler. It made attaching and removing the hose from zerk fitting super easy. The item description says this is a 7000 psi grease gun. The hoses say working pressure is lower at 4500 psi. I don’t think I'll ever need anywhere this much pressure to lube a few points on my riding lawn mower. For information, the instruction manual has the brand SHALL on the front. I suspect these two brands are the same company. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

I bought two of these grease guns , one for molybdenum base and one for lithium base. The spring clip worked well without issues. Pro tip: The biggest problem people have with grease guns is getting the started to pump. Here is a tip to get you going quick. Take the cap off of your grease tube. Scoop out some grease and fill the grease guns pump head, packing all of the cavities until it’s completely full. Use a straight edge tool to level the grease on the grease guns pump head/top. Pull the tab off of the grease tube and in the same manner, fill the grease tube’s tab end with grease, packing it and leveling the grease with a straight edge tool. Now pull the spring loaded rod back all the way and lock it into place. Now place the grease cartridge into the grease gun’s body, cavity end in first with packed grease end on top. If the grease cartridge packed end is not flush with the threaded body you have not pulled the spring back far enough and need to do so. Once the cartridge is flush with the body, screw the body into the grease gun head all the way until it stops. Press the clip near the rod and push the rod into the grease guns body. Now you are ready to pump. Keep pumping until you see grease come out of the nozzle. This technique eliminates most if not all air pockets that makes life hard. Hope this tip helps.

Great material used in product, but nothing attaches tightly. I used proper tools to tighten all connections and it did nothing but squeeze red greese from every joint when using the needle tip. Might be great for other applications but wouldn't recommend for work needing the needle tip.

Very good grease gun, I was hesitant at first and was going to purchase a harbor freight grease gun but decided to give this one a try and it worked perfectly fine for what I used it for.

Buscaba una pistola para engrasar mi camión. Elegí esta al azar, quizá por la potencia de presión. He de decir que estoy gratamente impresionado que al tener la palanca de presión en una posición manual que te permite poder coger con la mano el tubo y con otro la bomba resulta muy fácil engrasar. Cómo único punto " malo " ( qué tampoco és grave ni nada parecido ) és que la sección que engancha con el engrasador no siempre se coge, pero sólo ocurre alguna vez, eso si, recomiendo hacer el engrase en una posición que resulte cómoda.
