I'm very happy with this motherboard ,It's a great motherboard with ton of value, truly the best price to performance ratio ever, high quality, a lot of good ports and connectors, the bios is great and stable, very easy to use and good instructions, strong performance and VRMs, very good compatibility with all AM5 CPUs. Best motherboard I have ever purchased in 10+ years of building gaming PCs. USB port amount is solid, multiple M.2 slots is a godsend, especially for someone who likes to record their games, and the inclusion of the PCIE shield is extremely helpful for someone experiencing GPU sagging. Does not include a wifi card but it doesn't need one! The built-in wifi gives you more area for your fingers to work with. Would absolutely recommend for any mid-high range build, especially for the amazing price.

Outstandingly happy with the board - First off, do you remember that scene from Jurassic Park where the lawyer says "If it's heavy, it must be expensive"? This thing surprised me with how sturdy it is. I had been concerned beforehand about hanging the Noctua NH-D15 CPU air-cooler off the board, but after handling the board, it could probably support my body-weight. Replete with tons of QoL features with the NVME easy-latches, *heavy heatsinks, tons of additional mounting screws and knick-knacks makes install in any case a breeze. As others have said, the documentation that comes along is a little sparse, but if you're buying an x870 board you probably know what you need anyways, or can easily google anything you're wondering about as a first-time builder. I'd give this a 6/5, and only wish they'd also included a little sticker so that I could be even more of fan-boy. BIOS menu and updating was also very easy. Visually, the board looks great and I couldn't be happier.

Coming off a motherboard from seven years ago, this was a massive leap forward, and it has been a game changer for my new build. Pairing it with a Ryzen 9 9900X and 64GB of DDR5-6000 was painless, and everything ran efficiently right out of the gate. The DDR5, PCIe 5.0, and Wi-Fi 7 support make it feel genuinely future-proof. The EZ-Latch design for the GPU and M.2 drives saved me a lot of fiddling during assembly. Clean layout, stable performance, and a 5-year warranty on top of it. Excellent product, no regrets.

This motherboard has been great so far. Impressed with the sturdyness of the PCIE slot, the tool-less M2 heatsinks made installation really easy, and their heat sinks are really nice looking.. Post code made it easy to quickly gauge if it's booting correctly. The only annoyance I had was the lack luster 1 page "manual" for the motherboard that came with it. It wasn't even showing the correct diagram for this motherboard, which made things even more confusing. This was impactful because PCIE x16 speeds are only available if you use 2 specific nvme slots. Since I had 2 NVMEs to install I had to be careful which slot my secondary NVME was plugged into to not cause degraded GPU performance. Since the paper that came with the motherboard was useless, I had to go online on a separate device to ensure I was hooking them up to not have lane sharing with the GPU.

I have tried many different motherboards over the years and all have had their share of ups and downs but with this Gigabyte X870 I'm cannot find a negative. I had an Asus Tuf with an Ryzen 5 3600 since 2020. I decided after my upgrade to a 4070 Super it was time to move to AM5 to take full advantage of the GPU. I purchased this board and a Ryzen 7 9800X3D and wow what an upgrade. I went from 120 FPS to 550FPS in CS2 with this board and a new CPU. What an insane upgrade. First off it has a 5 year warranty if you register your product which is awesome! Considering my upgrade cycle is typically 5 years I have full confidence that this will get me through until AMD drops AM6 cpus. I got my package and picked it up and thought "this can't be my motherboard, this is too heavy". Nope, it was my motherboard. This is a very robust unit, easily the heaviest motherboard I have felt. It feels like a high quality item. One thing this board has that I haven't had on any other motherboard is a PCIE release button! Removing my GPU from my old Asus motherboard was an absolute pain. I could not get my finger on the release button. Gigabyte has solved this issue with a button that isn't buried behind the GPU. It takes a second to release the motherboard. This small feature really impressed me. If I had to criticize one thing it would be the instruction manual. Please include the header pinouts on the paperwork to make installation quicker. Nothing a quick picture with my cell phone and zooming in on the picture couldn't fix. Overall this was a great purchase. Highly recommend.

I really liked the motherboard; it has good build quality and a greater number of ports than other similar models from other brands, as well as several SSD slots. The connectivity is also far superior to my old motherboard, offering high-speed Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. In addition, I found the cost-benefit ratio very attractive.

Amazing product fits everything perfectly rich bios, 4 nvme slots great voltage and no problems with anything tested with 7500f 9070xt and Corsair ddr5 6000 also the wi fi it's fast and many other things i don't mention but they are in description of the product overall i recommend it if you want serious motherboard for any type of processor, alot ports and slots and future prof.
