I’ve been using Peesafe period panties for a while now, and overall they’re super comfortable and feel really soft on the skin. The fit is snug without being tight, and it gives a good sense of security during light to medium flow days. I also love that they’re reusable and eco-friendly, which makes them a great alternative to pads. My only small complaint is that the absorption could be improved a bit for heavier flow days. It works well initially, but after a few hours I felt the need for extra protection. If Peesafe could increase the absorbency level, these would honestly be perfect! Still a great product just needs a little upgrade in the absorption department.

I ordered these for my daughter to try as she's not long started her periods and has been finding the first day or two hard to manage with pads, especially during long lessons at school. These were a very comfortable fit and were quite stretchy so I imagine would be suitable for a range of sizes. They are very absorbent and keep quite a dry feeling, keeping odour at bay. They are quite good quality and feel secure against the body. I would say these are best used on very heavy days or at night as the downsides are you have to completely remove trousers to change (not great if using a public toilet) and they can be quite bulky to dispose of. They do provide comfort and security but I feel are a little pricey for a 4 pack of disposables when you can buy a pair of washable period pants for roughly the same price.

I like these disposable panties. I ordered it for my SEN child. He is 5 years old and still in nappies. It gives him protection up till one pee. As once he wet this it absorbs everything and does not leak. It is easy to remove that I can tear the side of the nappy. These are comfortable and adjustable for waist up til 3 inches. I am happy with its quality.
