Brought for our 12 year old son that loves scooters, always falls and had always avoided helmets, he loves this one, it’s worn most days at the ramps, it’s even passed around his friends as they try new tricks, he’s had it a fair few months and still looks great, it fits well and doesn’t wobble on his head like others we’ve tried, this helmet is solid but light, comfortable, obviously looks good for kids and thankfully he doesn’t need to be reminded any more

Great helmet for skateboarding.. slightly large fitting but then I did buy it for a 6 year old

My granddaughter is 6. Up till now she’s been wearing a Peppa Pig helmet. A few days ago I took the stabilisers off her bike and presented her with this new helmet. Not that she needed one. In terms of added confidence this helmet is worth its weight in gold. She’s no longer a baby, she’s a grown up little girl with a grown up helmet. The fact that she’s likely to cover it with Peppa Pig stickers is irrelevant. The small label inside the helmet serves as a warning not to use this helmet for motor bikes, or any sport that involves climbing. The listing states that it can be used for many sports, including head turning-whatever that is. Fair enough, but I feel that Lokjiji should include the warnings in their listing. Another label in the helmet says to read the manual-there isn’t one. From the wearer’s perspective this is a comfortable helmet, a secondary consideration, but a more important one to a 6 year old. I like that the Velcro band on the inner rim can be removed for washing. The chin pad is narrow and fits well. The helmet seems to fit my granddaughter’s head rather than perch on top of it. From an aesthetic point of view that’s a bonus. But is it also a bonus from a safety angle? Some other helmets have an inner cage that creates a buffer zone between skull and helmet. In this helmet the crown of the head is against the polystyrene lining. A lining that is hard and unyielding to touch, is this enough to absorb the shock of a fall? Is there as much protection with this type of helmet as there is with the inner cage type? The ABS outer shell looks thicker than some I’ve seen and the whole helmet looks as if it could take quite a pounding. Something I’m hoping I’ll never have to put to the test in reality

Our little girl loves skateboarding and this is perfect for her as she loves pink. Fits really well on her head and tightens up under the chin and around the back of the head. No wobbling off! She finds it really comfortable, and it’s a great quality item for the money.

This helmet fits my 10 year-old daughter perfectly, but it expands enough that I can actually wear it as an adult as well. It has a ratcheting system in the back, similar to a ski helmet. In terms of safety, this is the best bike helmet I’ve ever seen by far.

Compré este casco LOKJIJI para mi hijo y estamos bastante satisfechos. El casco es ajustable, lo que permite adaptarse bien al crecimiento, y se aprecia que los materiales utilizados (carcasa de ABS, espuma protectora) transmiten buena calidad. La ventilación es suficiente para evitar sobrecalentamientos incluso en salidas activas. Lo recomiendo para niños que practican ciclismo, patín o patinete, ya que ofrece una protección adecuada a buen precio. Como mejora, quizá el sistema de ajuste podría tener un dial más robusto, pero en general es una compra muy correcta.
