Excellent hidden closer
Not sure why this product has negative reviews. It does it exactly what it claims to do. Its very well made and once installed properly is easy to adjust. Ive used this closer dozens of times for hidden doors. You will have to make some installation templates for routing out the jamb and top of the door. All of the information you need to determine if this will work for your application is right in the description. Overall this is an excellent product.

Mechanism doesnโt fit the hidden closure storm door
I purchased this replacement part but it doesnโt fit the door when I used the door model number to order. The thing that made me score one star is that it has been more than 30 days and this cost over $100 and I canโt return it.
