As someone that has had in problem with insomnia for decades, I was skeptical about trying this, but also desperate for sleep. To clarify, this is NOT a sleep aid is a CALMING drink mix. And what I found is that I did feel more “comfortable“ getting into bed within an hour i’m drinking 18 ounce glass of this. And it actually helped me fall asleep faster because I was more comfortable, a little more calm perhaps? The consistency after mixed into the water was smooth, I could not tell there was any powder in the mixture. So its mixability is 100%. It tasted really good, with its “blue coconut“ stated flavor. I was expecting to taste some of the coconut flavor, which I unfortunately did not. I tasted more of the “blue“ which was more on the blue raspberry flavoring, which is not too bad in an of itself. I do not feel that it affected my focus and neither a positive nor negative way, but as for its effectiveness, I do feel that it helped my bedtime routine as I did feel slightly more at ease as I drifted off to sleep. I will continue to take each packet in the next procession of nights to see if how well it actually benefits my sleep as that is the specific reason why I purchased this product.

Drinking it at night has helped regulate my sleep so much!! I’ve felt it work so much and helps knock me out. It is super consistent and I can rely on it to help make me calmer and put me in a better mood. I love the flavor as well and felt it blended in really well to water.

Calm drink powder has a great taste. Very helpful, and I am sleeping much better.

Ordered the blue coconut, taste only like blue raspberry absolutely no coconut flavor. Definitely was a little disappointed, was hoping for a coconut flavor. Other than that it works great. Helps with my sleep and helps keep me chill especially since I am perimenopausal. A little pricey, but wanted to give it a try. It is no different from other brands I have purchased except they were cheaper.

This drink tastes so good. Sometimes you will get a bag that is hard to mix into your water BUT that is not very often. When you get the perfect bag, they mix so well. I drink this every night before bed and helps relaxes me and helps me fall asleep. It does help with bloating and makes me feel so good the next morning. It has helped me be more relaxed and helps with my anxiety. I have been buying this for at least a year, and I love it and will continue to buy. I just wish for the price you get a 30-day supply instead of 20 days but other than that I love this product.

I’m using it and I guess it’s working I’ll let you know in the future so far so good. It wasn’t expensive and it’s better than the shelf line that they have.

I love this as an evening sipper. The blue coconut is by far the best flavor I have tasted. I do feel like it relaxes me a little. But, I wake up with a terrible headache in the morning. I've tried this product repeatedly just to make sure its the cause of the headaches and it unfortunately is😒

The blue coconut flavor is refreshing. The taste reminds me of blue jello. My mind feels more quiet after I drink a serving before bedtime. I find that falling asleep and staying asleep comes easier when I have this.
