Love this shampoo! Have some health issues and taking strong medications and can’t get my hair to grow back and Keeps falling off. Well have heard great things about this shampoo and decided to try it out and sure enough my hair is not shedding anymore. So looking for to long term use❣️ Strongly recommend it♥️🙏🏼

Sometimes, one has to shop outside the box... or in this case, outside the country. This shampoo is from Turkey and is labeled for sale in the EU, where people must have nice clean hair from using this product. The shampoo itself has a light, pleasant smell that can be described as "clean". It lathered reasonably quickly with our (softened) water, which suggests it doesn't have excessive amounts of detergents that increase foaming. Our hair was left feeling clean and looking shiny. The instructions say to use a conditioner afterward, but this shampoo did not seem to dry out our hair (although different people probably have different hair where conditioner is needed). As for the one missing star, the manufacturer was very generous in filling the bottle so full that there was a little leakage visible when we first took it out of the box (before any attempt to dispense any shampoo). A little wipe and everything was fine. The dispenser has worked normally since then.

I am so obsessed with how well this brands shampoos work that my sister now rolls her eyes at how many people I tell about it and how often I make her feel how silky my hair now is after using it. My hair seems to stay clean longer. I’m assuming because there are not harsh chemicals in this. Turks 10000% know hair. I’m a customer for life.

First, I would like to say that when I opened the box up the lid wasn't screwed on the shampoo bottle, and it had leaked out all over the bottle and box. I immediately thought, there goes a star in my rating. As you can see, I have rated this product 5 stars! Yes, 5 stars! I have never in my entire long life found a shampoo as great as this one. To be totally thorough, I will state that we have well water, not city water. Our water is super good though with no iron in it. I think shampoos respond differently according to the type of water used. Pros about this product are: 1. It cleans your hair WELL. If you like that squeaky feeling, this product is for YOU. 2. I immediately knew that conditioner wasn't something I needed with this shampoo. It is more of a as needed thing now. 3. I look forward to using it daily now and want to throw away all shampoo products I have 4. The smell is kind of a floral flavor. It smells super great. It's not overwhelming but when smelling it, I really enjoy it. 5. My hair is straight, fine, and yet thick. It responds WELL to this shampoo. 6. I know I will be buying more of it in the future. Cons about this product: 1. NONE You can't go wrong with this one. It has a pump lid, is plentiful, and works well. It is also hair friendly with great ingredients used. This company cares. <3

I'm not a fan of buying no name shampoo. I was attracted to this product for it was labeled as "provitamin," something I felt I needed. Well, I was right! This product by BATCI was a clear winner. I liked the black 500ML bottle, the easy to use pump dispenser, and the scent. Of course, scent doesn't make a shampoo any better, but it was how my hair felt after using this product that made me a believer. We (wife included) tried this shampoo for a week, and we can honestly say, this shampoo has made a difference in the texture of our hair turning it very soft and silky, something that was missing with our normal shampoo routine. This product is made in Turkey, another good reason why it is better than the high volume name brand shampoos you find at the stores. My wife's hair is fine by nature, but with this product, it is now thick and wavy. I definitely will recommend this product 100% as a high quality value added buy.

The shampoo is great, it is a gel like consistency and lathers up well. The smell is more of a...clean manly scent but I enjoy it. Its a shame that this was not shipped with the pump separate like other expensive shampoos, this solves the problem of it leaking during shipping. I would say 95% of the product is still in the bottle but 100% would be better! And I had to clean it up before putting in the shower. Shipping issues aside this is a great quality shampoo, it is on the pricier side but my hair sure enjoys it.
