Q: Are these the same as code EM4305, read and writeable?

yes,almost the same. but T5577 is better than EM4305. Because T5577 can support H ID.

Q: Will this wristband work on HID key fobs?

I couldn’t use them as they described never worked

Q: is it compatible with EM4100?

With the right programmer, you can write the 5byte EM4100 coded equivalent to this band. EM4100 standard is read-only but I assume you mean can this band support compatible codes, and the answer is yes.

Q: I have a safe lock, can I just program this to open the safe?

If your safe uses a rfid 125 khz lock them yes. Those locks would already come with a contact key fob or a chip card that you would use to open the safe lock. this braclet has the same chip as the key fobs. Normally these locks are found in gates and apartment buildings.
