Quietly impressed
Quietly impressed, I bought these to help alleviate discomfort and fatigue on my feet whilst wearing my steel toe work shoes.....I cut them to size and put them in, and, yes, finally the pressure is off my feet. They do the job well enough.... DO NOT, however, cut to size following the sizing guides on the insoles, they are away off. Size against your shoe sole and trim little by little.

Excellent after foot surgery
I was suffering a lot of complications after having foot surgery. The constant foot pain was affecting my walking gait which was causing spinal pain that was affecting my sleep. These insoles resolved the pain immediately when I inserted them into my New Balance 608 V5 shoes. I now wear them for everything and I feel like I am walking on air. I have spent serious money on custom orthotics which I am now discarding ...... the VivoFoot Insoles have given me the ability to walk with minimal to no pain and I am forever grateful. I highly recommend this product!

The insoles are comfortable and last long
I bought these insoles for my work shoes. These are very comfortable and well made. I am on my feet 10 hours and the comfort of this insole has lasted long. The price is reasonable for 2 pairs. I would definitely recommend these insoles to others.

Decent extra cushion, but mind the thickness
I’ve been using these VivoFoot 4D Cloud insoles for a few weeks now. Living in Florida, I’m usually in breathable sneakers or light walkers, and I travel enough that I’m often trekking through airports or standing on hard terminal floors for hours. I bought the 2-pair pack (Men’s 7-11) to see if they’d save my feet from that end-of-the-day ache. The first thing you’ll notice is the "4D" texture. It’s basically a bunch of raised foam bumps across the surface. When you first slide your foot in, it feels a bit weird—kind of like a mini foot massage—but you stop noticing it after about ten minutes of walking. The Good Stuff Initial Comfort: They definitely have that "cloud" feel right out of the box. The foam is soft and provides a nice buffer if your original shoe inserts have gone flat. Value: Getting two pairs in one pack is a solid deal. It’s much cheaper than the big-name orthopedic brands you see in drugstores, and honestly, for basic foam, they do a similar job. Custom Fit: Trimming them was easy. I just used my old insoles as a template, grabbed some kitchen shears, and they fit into my daily walkers without any jagged edges. Great for Standing: If you’re standing still for long periods—like waiting in lines or working at a desk—they really help take the pressure off your heels. The Not-So-Good Thickness Issues: These are thicker than your standard factory insoles. In my tighter-fitting running shoes, they made the top of my foot rub against the laces. They work best in "roomier" shoes or boots where you have some extra vertical space. Heat Retention: Since it’s high-density foam, my feet felt a bit warmer than usual. In the Florida humidity, that’s something to keep in mind if your shoes don't have great ventilation. Durability: After about three weeks of heavy use, the foam is starting to compress a bit in the heel area. They aren't "forever" insoles; you’ll likely be swapping them out every few months if you walk a lot. Sizing: I noticed they run a tiny bit small. If you’re at the very top of the size range (like a tight size 11), your toes might feel right at the edge. Real-World Use I put one pair in my travel sneakers and the other in my work shoes. For the travel pair, they were a lifesaver during a long layover where I was on my feet for four hours. They don't have a ton of hard arch support, so if you have flat feet and need "structure," these might be too soft for you. But for general impact protection and "squish," they’re a huge upgrade over a bare shoe floor. Final Verdict: They aren't a medical miracle, but for the price, they’re a very fair way to refresh an old pair of shoes or add some padding to a stiff pair of work boots. Just make sure your shoes aren't already tight before you add these in.
