The best thing I ever bought for trimming the trees
Absolutely love it. It saved me so much money for hiring someone to trim the trees in my garden. So easy to use and such a great result. Light weight but sturdy and very sharp. My wife could use it with no problem too as it's light weight.

Does the job
Really recommend easy to assemble and easy to use. Managed to get a huge branch down in 5 minutes would recommend. Has safety screws where the blade is so it does not detach while using. Can disassemble when not using and pole can be extended in stages. Worth the money.

Does the job well, just not really useable at the max length.
Thought I'd wrote a review of this product, not something I usually do but whilst it's been brilliant for me, it might not be for everyone. I've attached a photo of an 'in progress' pruning of a problematic tree that, despite frequent requests to the local land owners (the local Council) - has been massively overhanging my garden. I'll start with the negatives. The main one being the length. I'd say the maximum this can be used effectively is five meters. Any further than that and the pole bends under its own weight and becomes massively unwieldy/dangerous. I used the saw attachment a lot and when the pole drops, you need to be incredibly strong to keep it from falling from the ground. Secondly, wear gloves. The fibreglass poles gave me a few splinters when assembling. Third point - whilst adequate, the build quality isn't the best, but it did what I wanted it to do and did it well. The positives though is that this let me saw through some decent sized branches with relative ease (well, as easily as you can manoeuvre a saw on a five meter pole). The photo doesn't do justice to the amount of foliage I managed to remove. The pruner attachment worked well, though not as well as an old Spear and Jackson pruner I own with a shorter reach. Overall though this has saved me a ton of money on calling out a tree surgeon. I'm not good with height and ladders and this let me reclaim some sunlight for my garden.

Great buy. Great quality
It's lightweight, easy to put together, well built, comfortable to use and the saw is very sharp meaning it doesn't bounce on the branches it cuts straight away. My dad who's 79 and I have used this to take down very thick (up to 20 inch) branches at around 4m high from a neighbours eucalyptus tree that blocks out light from his garden. After taking down 18 branches so far the saw is still very sharp. My dad wishes he'd bought this years ago as it's so easy and quick to use and it's not heavy so it's doesn't tire you out.

Great pole saw
Brilliant at its job. Had a high hanging tree and hedges that this cut through with ease. Very sharp and remains sharp after many uses. It’s not heavy yet is firm and does not bend easy especially when cutting branches 2 meters above my head. Easy to assemble and lock extensions into place.

Need your tool box to fit properly
The blade attaches with two small nuts and bolts . It comes with a small spanner and mini screw driver to attach but neither do the job as it’s really loose so you basically need to have to reach for tool box to fit properly . As others describe while it’s sharp it’s very flexible and therefore quite hard to cut when using full extension . Tbh I can’t see me using it much

Excellent!
I was delighted with this, in a completely different class compared to other pole saw combinations I have used. It is light but strong and robust, the sections fit together easily and firmly - and it doesn't come apart in use. The blade is strong and very sharp, cutting through 3-4 inch Sycamore boughs with ease, and without getting stuck. Highly recommended!

Cheap and competent
I purchased this as I couldn't reach the top branches of a tree with my 4m Fiskars UPX86 tree lopper. This was also a struggle reaching the top branches, but with a bit of perseverance, I just about managed to get the job done. The handle is a good design and ensures a bit of rigidity in the handle when extended. The short metal pieces screw together quickly and come apart quickly too. The saw blade itself is very flexible though and that made it a little bit jumpy when reaching those top branches, but the hooked ends help to control the saw blade somewhat and also aid pulling down those branches when they get stuck in the other branches as they are falling once sawed. The hooked top also allowed me to snap some thin branches which were just to thin to saw. For the reach and the price - which was just under £40 when purchased, it was amongst the cheapest and best reviewed models and as it succeeded in the getting the job done for me, then I would say it's a good deal and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it for the task as described above. Some have commented that the screws were missing, or the holes didn't line up, but thankfully I had no issues with either regard. The tools are supplied to fix this together (small 10mm spanner and phillips cross head screwdriver), but I found the bolts were a little bit tight and might be a struggle for elderly and weaker people.

Toll 👍
Klare Kaufempfehlung!
