Informative book
An good quality informative book, well laid out giving you information not only on the anatomy but also on the benefits of exercising the muscles in that area. The book has clear illustrations on muscle groups and how to exercise the targeted muscles. I have found it to be very useful.

Really good book as introduction into how the muscles in your body behave and react during different workouts. Lovely in-depth diagrams of muscle anatomy and groups . Bought this for my niece who wants to be a personal trainer and she was over the moon.

Great Fitness Book
