Will i be able to adjust the volume witg my cable remote

You'll have to keep the speakers on, probably turn them up 3/4 and then use the cable remote. (Assuming the cable remote controls the TV's Audio output, and the TV's Audio output is variable, not fixed)

When I plug the headphone and anyone could heard of my speaker? I would prefer not for anyone heard of my speakers when I plug the headphone.

When you plug your headphones into the speaker, the speakers are turned off. Sound will only be heard in the headset. Unplug the headset, and the speakers go back on.

How many watts is the subwoofer

The sub is driven by 130watts and each satellite is driven by 35 watts each. Believe me, the sub kicks hard.
