Slept for most of the flight to Hong Kong!
Used this for the first time on a long haul to Hong Kong.....slept more than ever on a flight as it was so comfortable and supporting. Won’t fly again without it and have since recommended to a friend who is off to India soon!

Not suitable for smaller ladies or men
Unfortunately I had to return this item, as it was too heavy for me. I have a very small neck. The item is perfect for a man. It would be helpful if this information was added to the description.

Replacement for the carrying bad and eye mask.
This pillow just the right support for my neck and chin. I loved the handy carrying bag and the sleep mask. Unfortunately a few days ago I was rushing to get off the plane, I had my pillow around my neck but forgot the carrying bag and sleep mask. I thought I had put it in my under the seat bag. I don't need another pillow. Can I purchase the convenient carrying bag and sleep mask?

Schlechte Verarbeitung
Ich habe das Produkt aufgrund seiner vielen guten Rezensionen gekauft. Leider musste ich bei meinem Produkt einige Mängel feststellen. Der Klettverschluss am Nackenkissen ist schlecht vernäht und steht. Dies sieht nicht nur hässlich aus, sonder pickst auch. Die beiliegende Schlafmaske ist leider total zerknittert, so dass man sich nicht angenehm tragen kann. Ansonsten ist das Nackenkissen komfortabel und der Stoff schön weich. Nicht desto trotz hätte ich mich über eine bessere Verarbeitung gefreut. Da ich das Kissen für meinen anstehenden Urlaub benötige habe ich leider keine Zeit gehabt ein Ersatzprodukt zu bestellen.
