VERY finicky cat, won't eat human food or any treats.Bought Oral Gel for him, given with syringe.  Any thoughts on how to use a different medium?

I mix the gel with dry food and water. My cat is obsessed with it. It’s easy and doesn’t require any additional products!

What is the protein content per dosage?

From what I see on the tube I have, there is no "protein content".  This is strictly an oral lysine nutritional supplement.  Each 1/4 teaspoon is 250 mg. of lysine.  I give my 2 young cats, plus my older 14-year old cat 1 dose every single day.  They are extremely healthy.  According to our vet, she recommends all cats have this every single day.

My cat has an upper respiratory infection and sneezes all of the time, will this help ?

my vet and the specialist vet I go to for my cat recommends this for my cat's feline herpes virus. The signs of this virus is sneezing, eye redness, mucus in the eye, runny nose and respiratory problems. on top of all these problems my cat also has allergies and asthma that she is getting treated with steroid meds. the active ingredient in this product is supposed to help with the symptoms that flare up. And is also supposed to make it longer between flare ups. please note that this product is meant to be taken every day so it can build up in the cat's body.

Both products give the same beneficial lysine.
Viralys gel is maple flavored and comes in a tube that you squeeze out the approximate dosage. 
Enisyl-F oral paste is tuna flavored and comes in a metered dose pump. Each push if the pump gives exactly 1 dose of 250 mg of lysine.
