Cisca Saltpipe really does help with asthma
I bought this salt pipe basically out off curiosity. I'm totally fed up of having to take steroid inhalers which leave me with thrush in my mouth. This has never happened to me in the years I have had asthma until the local doctors surgery decided I needed to go on a cheaper inhaler. I soon ended up with thrush so I went to the doctor he gave me treatment for it and told me to rinse my mouth out after taking my inhalers which is fair enough until the thrush comes back again. So I thought I would see if there is another treatment I could use to help me not rely on my inhalers as much. So after a quick search on google I came across the Cisca salt pipe. I read some reviews from other people on amazon and decided to give it a go. The first night I tried it I found it a bit strange inhaling salt but I got used to it. I sat for 25 minutes just breathing gently through the salt pipe. My mouth got very dry doing it but that was easily sorted after the 25 minutes with a drink of water. My chest felt a bit looser the next day but I was coughing up more mucous that usual. I kept up with the salt pipe every night and my asthma's has improved a bit i feel like their isn't as much mucous in my chest. I don't have to rely on my steroid inhaler as much these days but I still take it and I still take my blue 1 when I need it too. The saltpipe arrived very quickly it came the next day by courier. It was well packed in a cardboard box. When I opened the box the pipe was in another box. The clay pipe is a good size and is easy to handle. The advert for the Cisca saltpipe says it should last up to 5 years. This drew me to by this product because being able to use it for up to 5 years in my eyes is good value for money especially if it works. I would recommend using this to help with asthma but not for replacing the use of inhalers. I would use it along side my inhalers.

and the effect on my life in general feels a bit like a miracle
I have asthma which is steroid-resistant and which has been steadily worsening over the past few years. In October last year I discovered the Cisca salt pipe, and at the same time discovered the salt cave, and having investigated the benefits of salt treatment for asthma, decided to try both. SInce then, for the past nine months, I have been using the Cisca salt pipe for 20-30 minutes every day and going two or three times a week to the salt cave.Between the two, the improvement in my breathing has been enormous. In fact, the pipe by itself might actually be sufficient to maintain improvement, since when I've not been able to visit the salt cave (when I'm away on holiday for example) there is no detectable difference. It takes commitment. It doesn't "work" immediately; you may need to use it regularly for a few weeks before you notice a difference. But the difference, when it arrives, is immense. Salt is anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial, and the minute particles of saline get deep into the lungs and airways, loosening mucus build-up so that it can be coughed up. My lungs are now clearer than they have been for years, and the effect on my life in general feels a bit like a miracle.I recommend it, but only if you are prepared and motivated to stick with it, and use it regularly. 20 minutes a day is no hardship - you can do it while reading or watching television, or - if you don't mind a few odd looks - on the train or bus.

On the fence
Product came very fast via prime, was well packaged and clear instructions. This was purchased for someone else that has a bad cough. They’re on the fence as to whether this has helped or not. It did seem to ease breathing up to begin with but they’re now wondering if that was coincidence as a week later it did not make any difference. I think it is an item that is personal preference and may work for some and not for others. Perhaps it depends on how open you are to natural remedies, maybe a placebo effect. Worth a try!

Wonderful salt pipe
Wow !! Thank you. Thank you. I ordered two Salt pipes on Thursday 18th April, late afternoon being in agony with my sinuses my Husband is recovering from pneumonia - to my amazement the pipes arrived this Morning Saturday 10.00am I used my pipe breathing through each nostril and the nasal blockages I have had for weeks have cleared already 11.35am I am amazed to say the least and am breathing normally through my nose. My Husband is going to use his pipe a little later today, the pneumonia he had has left a residue at the base of his right lung, the last x-ray showed it is clearing slowly so using his salt pipe hopefully will clear it all away. After my first use of the pipe I know it will help clear his lung of infection thank you for being so speedy. Wonderful product

I think it works but need more time to know for sure.
I have used it for a week and it seems to have stopped morning sneezes but I find it harder to breath after using it. It may just come down to all the crap in my lungs being crystalized and after stopping it's usage it seems my lungs are better for breathing slightly. Maybe I just need to step up and continue using it and after a while all the crap will be out of my lungs. My wife says it works for her and she has gone from sneezing every morning to not at all so I would say it does work but it might be a little uncomfortable until you get the results you hope for. Garlic kills colds but it sucks to eat. Same formula here I think.

Amazing results!
Makes me breath so much better. I am a moderate smoker with no breathing problems. Since owning a village shop/newsagents/Post Office I have had 5 bouts of pneumonia due to coming into contact with about 500 people a day with all their nasties. People sneeze and caugh in your face and before you know it you have pneumonia. So my lungs are scarred after these illnesses and my GP suggested inhalers and what not. Decided to try the salt pipe and what difference does it make! My breathing is so much easier, I cough so much less in the morning and evening. Feel so much better and all it takes is 20 to 30 minutes inhaling in the evening. Highly recommended.
