If you have never distilled your water before you will be in for a shock when you see the “leftovers” in your drinking water!!! Value: This is our second Water Lovers Distiller; the first one lasted less than 2 years. They are not made in USA so parts or repairs don’t make financial sense since you’d be paying more for shipping to and from Australia than to get a new one. So this time we bought the 4 year warranty and are hoping we never need to implement it. The appearance and size of the Water Lovers was appealing but the main attraction for me is its stainless steel reservoir, and cooling coils and a glass pitcher instead of plastic, since my goal is to reduce particles in my water. Use: We use this in our RV and it fits well in the space we have and is easy to fill and move where you need it. It takes about 3-4 hours to distill the picture of water, slightly less than a gallon. There is a fan noise while running, but it’s not obnoxious as long as you’re not right next to it. It does put off some heat, so while it’s running we move it to areas that affect us less; such as bedroom in the day and living room at night. For cleaning, I keep a spray bottle of vinegar and apply to all areas of the stainless steel reservoir while it’s still on the warm side, put the lid back on and wait 30 minutes or so. I may need to spray a second time and use a stainless steel scratcher if we are in areas with really hard water.

Ive been using this water distiller for the past almost 4 months and it just stopped working. Super disappointing.

💦I NOW ONLY DRINK THIS WATER AND OUT OF GLASS CONTAINERS. I DRINK MORE WATER NOW THAN I EVER HAVE AND I KNOW THIS WATER IS SAFE TO DRINK. IT GETS OUT EVERYTHING THAT SHOULDN'T BE THERE AND IT TASTE FABULOUS!💦 IT DOES TAKE A BIT OF EFFORT. LIKE THE ELECTRIC BILL WILL BE JUST A BIT MORE. AND THE KITCHEN WILL BE WARMER THAN USUAL, IN WINTER THAT'S A MAJOR PLUS! CLEANING IT TAKES A MINUTE BUT IS NOT A HASSLE AT ALL.💦....... okay, it's been 6 months using it and it broke. I am not able to get ahold of the company to get any help at all....I am really upset about this.

I love this water distiller a lot. Bought a second one. First one last a couple years, but this one last only 5 months. Just stop working. So frustrating and upsetting. I want this distiller to work.

As all of your MK II units (I have purchased THREE so far) are now NOT functioning properly (constantly switching off usually 60 seconds after start, but i always varies) sometimes 15 times I must restart before it finally cycles through, sometimes it won't work for days (it is tough for us, as you hooked us on distilled water) I own one MK III but I took that one to our country house so I don't know if it will hold up. So now because my last working MK II is breaking down totally, I am buying again MK III, hoping maybe you fixed the problem?? So I am giving you a final chance. If my MK III won't work I will report you. My wife's company has several million followers. Love your product when it works, great tasting water, (no taste is good taste,) but hey, you must do your part as well. It's not about just making a product and forget the rest. Your MK II is a faulty design and you know it!! Thank You, BTW The stainless steel exit ring, where the water exits allows the water to run across that horizontal plastic surface before it drips, the water drops hang out there before it they drip into the Jug. YOU CLAIM 100% steel only. Well, just look at it from underneath and you can see how the close to 100 degree Celcius hot water drops just hang out on the horizontal Blue plastic before dropping down, well that is not steel. You should have made a steel beak for it to exit the water totally plastic free!!! On my only unit still working on and off, I had to install a 1/4 long copper pipe. Plastic free is one of the reasons we distill, to stay plastic free. Don't we?? Otherwise it's a great product close to perfect when it works.

Beautiful Machine, some issues can take place with unit and the shipper will take care of you 1000% that's a lot star right there. The only thing problematic is either it won't turn on after a 10 20 cycles or even after opening it brand new. The boil over probe in the reservoir is very sensitive and if you just gently rub it will turn on or slightly turn the silicone sleeve will turn on after it not turning on. The manual doesn't share this fyi
