Without a doubt, this is the best vitamin D I’ve ever taken. It comes combined with vitamin K, which is essential, and the gel format is amazing for digestion — I’ve never had any issues, and I feel great using it. Some people have raised concerns about the strength (10,000 IU), but there’s growing evidence suggesting that the body can process high levels of D3 efficiently, especially when taken alongside vitamin K. As always, everyone should make their own decision, but in my experience, it’s been nothing but beneficial. Yes, it’s a bit on the expensive side compared to some other brands, but the quality and results make it totally worth it. This is 100% my go-to vitamin D supplement, and I’ll continue to repurchase.
