Beautiful but heavy
Very nice. Attractive. Not a bright gold though more of a deep gold -handles cool. Big pot but very heavy not for an elderly person or arthritic hands. Easy to clean. Heats up quick. Lid closure good. There was no rust but I did clean good first because there was a bit of black residue inside

Perfect Teapot!
Love, love, love this teapot! It's sleek and looks great in my kitchen. The whistle is perfect, loud enough but not annoying. The handle is easy to open and pour without feeling the heat or steam. One of my favorite recent purchases.

Beautiful tea kettle. Love the blue with the gold. Good quality. I’ve had just about a year. Easy to wipe clean handle doesn’t get to hot. I’m very happy with it. I can see it in my kitchen for years to come.

Soft whistle
Nice looking. Heats quickly but the whistle is soft. I’ve tried different water levels and it just won’t whistle louder than a whisper. Handle get warm but not so much that it can’t be touched. But hotter than I expected.

weird smell and metal eating
BEWARE metal on inside of the spout, check the inside carefully right where the water comes out inside the spout because i found a small piece of metal still attached which if not removed could have came out when making a cup of tea and you could have a sharp piece of steel in your stomach if your not careful. not good . it also made a strong plasticy smell that made the whole house smell for hours the first time I heated up water in it so I decided to return this thing based on these factors. besides that it seemed great.........😒
