I felt this product really useful mainly for sofa cleaning and the car interior cleaning

Review after 6 months: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM EUREKA. SERVICE IS VERY WORST. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MORE THAN 2 MONTHS STILL SERVICE PERSON DIDNT VISIT. MY LOCATION IS AT CHENNAI.METRO CITY BUT NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE PROPER SERVICE. SO PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY BY BUYING ANYTHING FROM EUREKA Battery issue backup is for only 5mins. Very worst service from Eureka I have been waiting to replace the battery for more than 40 days, but still no response. DO NOT BUT THIS MODEL AND WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. Review on the bought date : I bought this for 14k. Its a very good one. The virtual demo 30 mins provided by Sruthi from Eureka company side was very useful. It contains 3 to 4 filtets which can be washable. Sweeping 1800 sqft house can be done in 15 mins. It is better than the traditional broom stick. Charging withstand power at low speed is very good. We can trust Eureka brand. Must need product for a house. Note ; if we buy this we don't need a maid to sweep, we ourself can sweep without any bend from our body. We can just stand and sweep the entire house.

It is a fairly powerful product which has been priced reasonably. I am happy to use it for my stray needs and find it effective. However, it can not be compared to the more powerful but highly priced products available in the market.

Excellent demonstration by the Eureka Forbes representative. They explained all attachments, battery usage, cleaning methods, and maintenance very clearly. The K20 is lightweight, silent, and perfect for daily cleaning in Indian homes with tile flooring. Good suction power and easy handling. Worth buying.

I bought the Eureka Forbes Kordfree K20 SuperSilent Cordless Vacuum Cleaner expecting it to be a reliable product, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Pros: The design looks sleek, it’s lightweight, and yes, it’s very silent as the name suggests. The motorized brush with light is actually useful while cleaning. Cons: Suction power is only somewhat decent on high mode, but the battery dies in just 10 minutes. On low and medium modes, the suction is practically useless. Build quality is extremely poor. The swivels on the brush broke within 3 weeks and it constantly gets stuck. Charging takes too long. The overall quality of the unit feels cheap, and my unit completely stopped working just four months after purchase. Service Experience: This has been the worst part. It took days for them to even register my product, despite me sending the invoice and details multiple times. The service request via Amazon gets instantly declined without reason, and when I contacted Eureka Forbes directly, they initially claimed my product wasn’t even registered because it was purchased from Amazon. I first raised a complaint on July 10th. A service engineer finally visited on August 4th (almost a month later) and confirmed the motor was not working, saying the entire unit had to be replaced. Since then, it has been another month of silence—no replacement, no proper updates, despite me calling customer care multiple times and sending several follow-up emails. At this point, it honestly feels like a scam. The vacuum has been sitting idle on my shelf for more than two months. Verdict: A complete and utter waste of money. Eureka Forbes has lost all credibility in my eyes, and I wouldn’t recommend this product even to my worst enemy

It's good and convenient. Does a decent job of vacuuming. Packaging, delivery and product is good. Received call for demo and assistance. Shortcomings are battery backup. On high speed, it will last only to clean about 2 rooms. Suction power is ok only on high speed. Cleans out dust. But even larger like rice or small stones, difficult to clean. I guess it's worth the price. Because another brand costing 4 times this unit, is 4 times better ! Update after 1 month of use: Battery is not sufficient even for 1 room!!! A fully charged battery drains off within 5min on full power.

Good product

A good buy, makes cleaning much easier and less cumbersome when compared to wired models. However, the battery runs out of its charge quite soon, just after a single room. But that is also because I live in an area with too much dust, so people living in less dusty places might fare better. I need to buy a spare battery so that I can use one while the other one is charging (battery is detachable and can charge on its own without connected to the unit)
