I’ve been on these for only 3 days, I have one for breakfast as a meal replacement whilst eating in a calorie deficit to try to loose weight and they are so good, one in the morning fills me up until after dinner time so I don’t snack at all anymore. Only issue is they make u feel abit bloated for about an hour or 2 after drinking them but that’s because they are quite thick, the vanilla flavour is really food, slightly powdery texture but nothing major. Wish they was slightly cheaper but you get what you pay for they have loads of vitamins and nutrients so it’s worth it. Not full of sugar like the cheaper brands. Definitely recommend, you don’t feel hungry after drinking them, it’s worth the money.

Very nice taste, a wee bit chalky and because of the protein it may make you a bit windy very filling

Brilliant product, I find them so convenient for taking to work and they’re a life saver when you’re having a busy day. Vanilla is the best flavour of all I’ve tried - avoid the chocolate! My only wish is that they weren’t so expensive.

Nothing like Vanilla - A grey murky drink that tastes awful, very chalky too. Never again Urgh
