another great piece for my home workout equipment
I love this so much! This is great quality and was easy to inflate with air. I use it for at home pilates but also Physical Therapy homework and it has been a great tool! I am very curious about other items from Bala and I will be trying more in the future.

If you’re doing the Pilates by izzy challenge, don’t get this
Love the aesthetic of the brand overall and while they make really good bangles, their Pilates ball is not actually functional for Pilates. The matte texture (again, while aesthetic) makes gripping the ball almost impossible. And if you’re wearing leggings—completely forget about it. A workout that’s already challenging is annoying with this ball, because it won’t hold in place. It’s also slightly too large for Pilates. Also this ball is unnecessarily expensive considering it is made of pvc just like most Pilates balls. If you’re doing the Pilates by izzy challenge—buy the ball from Move Active (same brand Izzy uses) as it’s much smaller and the sheen helps you grip with no issues.

Good Quality
Very sturdy and seems as though it will hold air well. Nonslip. This exercise ball is very slightly weighted which increases its usability. Worth the extra money for a quality product.

Decent but not the best
This ball wasn’t my favorite compared to other exercise balls. It’s very stiff and hard to hold on to no matter how deflated it is. Good size and does seem like quality will last. Just isn’t as effective for certain workouts as I’d like. I would return it if I wasn’t past my return window.

Aesthetic, expensive
Easy to inflate, size as described, wonderful quality, beautiful pink color, a bit on the expensive side for what it is (physical therapy tool).
