It's a softer to squeeze and works better in my opinion because of the soft squeeze. Fits in nose nicer. Gentle flow so you don't have water everywhere. Yes it's durable and no strange smells! No weird ways to tilt your head or arms. No compressed air to make it flow. No strange tipping the pot and tilting your head like a circus performer I like it better than the other brand I have endorsed for for years. The price makes it something you can easy replace regularly like the other health items we replace often. They made it affordable so you can replace it as often as your toothbrush!! Good Hygiene!! The quality of the products is a great value! I mean seriously it a great price point compared to what one of the other company's bottle when it starts to look yucky and you still have 200 little packets to use up. Love these! We have been buying the Niel med ones for higher cost and these are such a better value! Exact same size, functionality, and unlike other brands still super comfy on your nose. No plastic smell when you first open it. Definitely recommend if you do sinus rinses!!
