Buy it!
I was on the fence to buy this for over a year. Some of the comments kind of scared me. It I went ahead and got it along with the neck and chest pad. This mask is so good, it’s everything you read it is. I’m 58 and has tightened my skin within two weeks! The neck and chest I wish was laser as well, doesn’t work as good but is super convenient. Buy it you won’t be disappointed.

Easy to use and move around.
Nice to ba able to wear this and walk around the house. Too soon to know if it really works or not. But we will keep at it.

Junk
This has just stopped working. I’ve used it maybe 15 times. The controller time can’t be set so it just turns off immediately after turning on. Since I’m outside of the product support or return window it seems to be sol. Not cool.

Easy to use.
Easy to put on during TV watching. Easy to charge easy to store. Not sure if it’s working or not but I’m going to stay the course.

Worth the Price
I love this! Works really well. Was looking for a red light face mask and saw Jennifer Aniston uses this and I’m so happy I purchased it.

Nice and Comfy
Does it work for the specified purpose... idk, but it sure feels good after a long day. Im keeping mine. Btw I use a big omega hook to keep it close at the back of the neck. Easier to manipulate than the provided strap.

Might not last long
I spend $180 on this mask and it only lasted 5 months. After 5 months, several lights went out and the connection to the power supply got bad: the mask will not stay on unless you hold the cable in a certain place! I did complain at the customer service of JOVS. They replied immediately! After submitting a video of my problems, they confirmed that they would replace the mask. Not sure if it’s just an initial quality issue I encountered or if it’s the norm. I will have to test the new one upon arrival.
