I purchased the Bob and Brad C2 Plus back in November 2024, and it quickly became my go-to for muscle recovery and pain relief. The heat attachment is a game-changer, and the percussion is powerful enough to really get into deep tissue. After over a year of heavy use, the unit stopped working in early 2026. I reached out to the company, and I couldn't be more impressed with their response. They honored the warranty immediately and made the entire process incredibly easy. They sent out a brand-new replacement right away! It is rare to find a company that stands behind their products like this. The gun itself is amazing—quiet, portable, and effective—but the peace of mind knowing they take care of their customers is why I’ll continue to recommend Bob and Brad. Highly recommended!

The best massage gun I've had. Really powerful, simple to use, lighter than expected and helps my neck and shoulders feel so much better. Love the different attachments. The heat attachment gets pretty warm and feels nice. Had a wonderful experience with their customer service, the unit stopped charging and I reached out to them to start the warranty process. Within 2 weeks they took care of it no problem. They really stand behind their product. Honestly cant recommend this massage gun enough.

I bought this one as I had bought a lower version of the gun by the same company and it is still going strong after a year of hard use, so i thought why not upgrade to the one with heat . Big mistake I charged the gun fully and got a good 6 or so rounds before it went dead, it was a little quicker round down then the lower end model but we were using the heat head so figures it would run down faster, I plugged it back in on the charger and nothing no lights just dead, so okay give it a few and after 6 hours it wasn't charged,switched charging cord out and waited again, and nope. Customer Service was great in a quick replacement unfortunately I can not give a review of the replacement as it won't even charge up at all. Think I am going to go back to another lower end modle.

Incredible Relief & Quality! I’ve been using this massage gun for a few weeks now and it’s been a total game-changer. The build quality feels solid, the motor is powerful yet quiet, and the battery lasts a long time between charges. I especially love the different attachment heads —they really help target specific muscle areas after workouts or long days. It’s helped reduce soreness and tension in my shoulders, back, and legs. I also appreciate how easy it is to use and how fast it charges also such a great size to bring it anywhere. Definitely worth the investment — highly recommend this product and company!

So this is an updated opinion of this product, more importantly, my opinion of this company. I had purchased this item in November 2024, since then for whatever reason it stopped taking a charge. Called the Bob and Brad company, didn't get to speak with either of them, though it would have been pretty cool if I did, anyway... I can't say enough good things about this company, how they treated my problem, how they went above and beyond to resolve my issue. Long story short (oh, I think that train left the station!) they sent a new complete unit with all the attachments, didn't have to send the old one back and they were so very pleasant to deal with. And on top of everything else, this massager works great, my wife and I really like the heating attachment for our sore muscles.

I give it 4 stars because it works well for the cost, but probably not as good as the top of the line ones. My friend recommended the massage gun she uses that is twice the cost, but I didn't want to spend that amount. I tried this one and like it well enough. As all the reviews say it could use a lower speed, and I agree. I use one of the smaller tips for massaging my hands and it works better sideways rather than directly. I have also found that if anywhere else is sensitive I use a light touch to make it work. It has been helpful on some stubborn areas that came up from working with weights. The charging holds for a few uses - however, I've used it less than a dozen times, so I will see how that works over time. I have not yet used the heat portion.

They reviewed my concern and immediately sent a new C2 Plus Massage Gun with heat/cold therapy added as a gesture of good will. My wife and I were so impressed with the service received that we ordered and have received a Bob & Brad Q2 Mini Massage Gun. It looks great, feels even better to use, and delivers powerful performance in a compact design. Bob & Brad products are high quality, and their customer service is truly outstanding. I bought the massage gun for my wife. She works on her feet all day, and comes home with back and hip pain. She likes the two prong attachment for between her shoulder blades, and the flat, round attachment for her hips. The devices is pretty powerful, we haven't used it above level 2. Unfortunately the device stopped charging about 10 months in, but after filling out the customer service form on their website, and one follow up email later, I had a replacement in the mail. Customer service was fast, polite, and professional. I also learned they extended their warranty to 24 months whether you register your product or not. I will update this review if we have any issue with the replacement, but for now I would highly recommend this massage gun, and I'm pleased the company stands behind it.
