The quality is as you’d expect from Vans and I expect they will last a while. As with all boot style trainers you have to loosen the laces a bit to get them on, but that’s easy enough. With the lower price they’re good value. With the higher tops they are also reasonably supportive, and easy to wear when skateboarding. Overall, a classic, comfortable and functionally sound pair of trainers.

Comfortable and they look good
I’ve been wanting a pair for a long time now. I have the low tops, but don’t find them that comfortable. As the price on the Filmore HI’s had dropped I went for it. Honestly these shoes are perfect, I desperately needed a new pair as all my other shoes had disintegrated and I'm made up with these ones. Very comfortable and stylish, 100% worth the price overall!

Superbly comfy shoes! Having worn nothing but boots my entire life these made a refreshing change. Usually trainers of any style look like clown shoes at a size 11, which is why I stuck to boots. But these look brilliant!
