A good price action book to own. Excellent book with good price action chart examples, detailed recommended entry/stops/exit.A good one!!!!!

This book complements Price Action Breakdown and provides some insight into how Laurentiu views more "conventional" techniques like swings, support and resistance etc. I recommend this book for the intermediate trader and then Price Action Breakdown once you get the basics right.To clarify - this is not a "basics" book, you will get something even though you have been trading a while. His ideas on "confluence" and price rejection are pretty workable in my experience and provided me with more "tactics" on entering a trade.I would have rated this 5-stars but I need to differentiate it from Price Action Breakdown, Price Action Breakdown offers something "different".

I felt that I already knew most of what was said. But I felt it was good to hear it from another voice & perspective. I like the discussion of using 3 different timeframes. This reinforces the importance of having a trading plan and the things that need to be considered before entering a trade. I didn't do the exercises, but as a result of reading this book and some others I will now formally write down my trading plan. And of course much of what was discussed in this book will be will be incorporated into my trade plan. I feel more confident in my knowledge as a trader as I continue to study. Maybe I really liked this book since I could understand it and agree with the principles discussed.

As someone who has six months' practical trading experience in the forex industry, I consider the book to be a solid guide for the beginners. The book is written in a way which readers from a non-native English speaking background will find easy to follow. Precise trading entry points, stop-loss and take-profit levels are discussed with charts and rationale for each selection is explained in a convincing manner. I have tried out the trading strategies presented in the book coupled with my own strategy, and so far I have been successful. Free web resources are available on the topic of Price Action Trading, however, this book provides a much-needed in-depth guide on the topic, as the title of the book rightly suggests! I have bought the kindle version with affordable price and plan to purchase all books authored by Laurentiu Damir.

First and foremost, this is not an introductory book into forex. If you have an understanding of the fundamentals and have traded before, this book will be best for you. The writer points out common mistakes which you can easily relate to if you have made them. Most importantly this books delineates a trading technique with all the details that you will need as a trader. I am talking about entry, stop loss, take profit. You don't have to guess anything. The concepts are sound, I know because I have read other authors mention them but this books explains in the best way I have read.

Thought I would maybe pick up something from this book but for me personally there wasn’t any insight. I would also say that Lance Begg has an online book in his YTC trading site that is so far the best price action book I’ve ever read.

At times the book could be hard to interpret but seldomly. Overall the book has opened my eyes to more of what I did not know that I didn't know. I'm sure any level trader can take something positive away from this read, especially someone just starting out.
