Uptill now, the pillow is doing a very good job. It's very comfortable, the memory foam is very soft yet retains its shape, it has a good design and the pillow is very thick. I don't think the shape matters that much since it flattens out when you lie on it. Im not entirely sure how it's supposed to give support. Overall a very good pillow

Made with shredded memory foam and overall build quality is very good, though it didn't quite work for me personally since I have cervical spondylosis, the height was too much for my needs. That said, everything was clearly mentioned beforehand, so no complaints there; I've kept it for guest use instead. The foam is well spread with an even finish and holds its shape well. Comes with own cover

The pillow is quite big and fluffy. It gets a bit hot, would suggest to cover it with a cotton pillow cover. Good quality of both the pillow and the mesh inside.

This pillow is soft but still gives good support. I can fluff it the way I want. Im a side sleeper and it works really well for me.
