I got this just got make the dubai chocolate bar & it was person. I toasted it in 2 batches with a little butter then it came out perfect to mix with the other ingredients.

The shreds that were left after the bag opened up in shipping were fine. It was unfortunate that I paid for a full bag and only got half a bag that was useable but I won’t buy again. Had to only make half my recipe because of it.
