I've been taking the syrupy resin form of shilajit from a different brand and I love the effects of it but the dosing is not always convenient. These pills are great! Truth be told, I want to take shilajit twice a day but I often feel too lazy to get up at night to take the second dose lol. So these are perfect as I can take them with the rest of my evening supplements while I'm in bed. I can also bring them to work so I don't have to deal with the messiness there. These do smell like shilajit minus a few letters so be prepared for that. It is not pleasant and you will get a taste of it going down. I think it can be masked with honey as that is how I normally take the liquid resin form. The smell will linger on your hands, too, unless you drop these into your mouth directly from the blister pack. Overall, love the benefits this provides, including support for energy, clarity and skin. I'm getting ready to place another order!

I have tried the jars of shilajit before and could not handle the taste of it. These are great because they are in proportioned sizes. You just pop one our of the plastic and foil bubble sheet. I like to put my meds in a pill organizer. These do stick to everything that they touch against and are rather hard to get out of a plastic pill container if they sit on the plastic. But I have noticed that I have so much more energy. I am able to just go and go at work and not feel like I am dragging. I have also noticed that I don't feel as achy as I usually do during the day. I am now a firm believer in the magic of shilajit. I will be using this from now on.

i cant get past the horrible after taste you get after swallowing this pill...even if it doesnt touch your tongue and you chug juice right after, the taste is still there

The QG Group Shilajit Extract tablets have proved very useful and have become essential to my daily diet. I like the fact that it has common ingredients for male and female since I am a woman, in fact, it helps in boosting energy for both male and female. If you take these tablets daily, you get better stamina and focus and feel much better. It also relieves stress, and it also strengthens my immune system. These are easy to swallow, and the quality of the product feels premium with no harsh additives. If you want to increase your energy levels, these Shilajit tablets should be an excellent choice!

Shilajit has a lot of potential effects. I have been taking Shilajit for several months now and I am very pleased. This is the newest variety I have tried and it looks, smells, and tastes like all the other Shilajit. The tablets are slightly squishy like I would expect from a dried resin. Each tablet weighs in at 200mg. I prefer the dried resin over the powder in capsules. This isn't purified like PrimaVie Shilajit. I'm not sure what method they use. It also lacks third party testing which is a bit concerning to me. However, the manufacturing process seems excellent which helps give me confidence.Manufactured in Ukraine by Ecosvit Oil./ Eliksir. After some research I found that they have several certificates for quality control and manufacturing. These include ISO 22716:2007 Cosmetics (GMP), ISO 22000 Food Safety Management, ISO 13485:2016 (Medical products quality management systems). There are several others you can find on their website. The lack of third party testing is why I give this 4 stars.--------------------------------How I rate supplements--------------------------------Testing and manufacturing is critical for supplements to ensure you are getting what is in the bottle. I deduct a star for each of the following:- No (current) cGMP manufacturing. GMP is good but current is the best and products should be rewarded for using it (I make exceptions for FDA certified GMP facilities, or equivalent in other countries of manufacture).- Lack of third-party testing (including proof or additional details besides a simple claim)* I exclude extracts and pure ingredient supplements from common foods
