Really good
Really good pita bread. Not all gluten-free bread is what I consider good bread, which means it stands up to the standards of all bread, not just gluten-free. This pita bread is exceptional!

Taste value & texture is perfect
If you have been gluten free as long as I have - 26 yrs - you would realize how delicious the pita bread is - taste sooo good. Also the pita bread after heating it holds its shape & is perfect texture. I have been able to fill it up with sandwich ingredients the pita bread holds all ingredients & easy to eat. I love the pita bread & can hardly believe it is gluten free. I will continue to buy this product as long as it is available. So lucky I tried pita bread I believe it is worth every penny

Delicious but expensive, especially when pocket doesn't open
My comment sums up exactly "what customers say." This bread is delicious! And I'm a bread snob! Texture is good. But it can sometimes be frustrating (hit or miss) if the pocket will open in the toaster. If it doesn't, you will be stuck teasing it open and usually be left with a mess and something you can't fill with anything. It is also very expensive (especially when it doesn't open!). I have purchased 7 times (according to Amazon's history), and while I love it, I'm on the hunt for something sustainably cheaper.

The bread was not good
I opened one pack of the pita bread and tried a little bite. It was like chewing sandpaper and cardboard. Unfortunately for me I can’t even try to return it cause I throw out the pack I opened. I give it one star cause the shape was the same as regular pita bread

Wonderful GF DF option!
I served these as part of a Lebanese grilled chicken and vegetables recipe and no one knew the difference between these and regular pita. My sister eats both gluten and dairy free so, when she visits, I am so excited when I can find a good GF DF alternative like this. Well done!!

If you’re gluten free..
I really wanted these to be great for my gluten free husband( and it’s more conviently if I eat this way too..) but they were just “ok”. Heated in a buttered skillet is better. Otherwise, dry, tough, and no flavor.
