The first order was frustrating. They came in a thin box with no outside wrapping. The catheters were falling out of the bottom which only had a small piece of tape to hold it closed. 2nd review. Causes bleeding from holes drilled into plastic. Too flimsy. New review. I can find the same fault with the product but, it's the only game in town without a prescription from a urologist. So I still use them. My new beef is the torn packages. The last time 6bought them the corner of the inside plastic bag was torn. I let it go. Months later I buy again and the inside bag is torn in the same place in the same way. This seems to be a return. I would feel a lot better with Amazon if they checked their returns and, asked customer permission to allow a return order to replace the original...which was my belief. Especially when it comes to a medical product. I will get a hold of the company and let them know your customers are losing confidence in your business practices.

Would prefer a sterile product.

These work great!!!!! Will buy again all the time.

I have had better but it gets the job done for the price. They hurt me sometimes.

I never use them. They were too stiff.
