A boldly colored tough case for your sensitive gear
Bright yellow case is perfect for me, in that not only is it hard to lose in the brush, but I also know it's mine right away, especially when there may be a stack of similar hard cases on field outings. The pluckable foam is user friendly for form fitting your gear, I use a small knife to help remove blocks for a slightly cleaner look. Within this 1150 case I am able to securely fit a GoPro, dual charger and charging cable, an extra battery, microUSB cards, and both the floating and the tripod handles. It's deep enough to layer items above and below although I only took advantage of that for the dual charger and it's cable. Overall, a great product that keeps my gear organized, readily accessible and no worries about damage. Peace of mind for the price.

Pelican products reign supreme over all others
What bad can be said about Pelican products? Nothing comes to mind... I use various size pelicans to house fragile glass and have NEVER had a piece break! The quality is unmatched in my opinion. I've used various cases but definitely prefer and recommend Pelican over any of them. These products are 100 percent waterproof, have a pressure release valve, and the "pick and pluck" foam makes it easy to create the right space for what your storing. Honesty the best thing I can do for anyone wondering about how durable Pelican products are are is to direct them to see for themselves...please do yourself a favor and if you have instagram look up #thepelicanproject and you'll see exactly what these things can take! From being thrown off buildings, to set on fire, run over ,etc. Bottom line if you want your glass or personal belongings to be safe during travel....this is the case! Various colors to appeal to all, easy open latches, and spots for locks to keep your valuables extra safe

Perfect Case for my Battery Jump Pack
Bought this for my battery jump pack so I can carry it on road trips. One of the problems with this particular jump pack is that the buttons can be accidentally be turned on just by bumping into things or things sitting on top of it and running the battery down. So to fix this I made some inserts that fit inside the Pelican case that prevent the jump pack from moving around. It works very well and I can also store a charger cable and charger in the case. Plus with the yellow color of the case I intuitively know what's in it. And with the protection the Pelican case provides I know It wont get damaged.

Solid cases, lots of sizes.
I always buy these cases for cameras. These are real production gear, not just flashy consumer products, they will take more abuse than daily use can offer. If you look for them on TV you will see them loaded on boats going down river, being loaded on planes, carrying ghost hunting gear... This one will fit a game camera with room for its mounting straps. Latches are secure, but not too hard to operate, the ends are curved to fit your fingers. They sell replacement foam, so these can be reused when whatever they hold becomes obsolete or breaks.

Pelican 1150 for Sony Action cam.
These cases are great. I really like that you can customize the foam to fit the items inside. By pulling 1/4" squares cut straight thru the foam, you can fit most shapes, or even separate ones. The foam in the lid and the bottom protect those areas. I used it for my sony action cam, charger, USB cable, and 3 battery's in the one listed here. They all have separate pockets, which is nice when doing a quick check for missing items before you travel.

WELL MADE! Wow
This is a VERY well made case. The way you can take out 1/2 inch by 1/2 inch squares inables you to create virtually any shape. This case is for "deep", or "taller", items.. if your item or items aren't that "deep", I would get the 1120 or 1170. Otherwise great case.

Perfect for carrying my HERO cam and accessories
I purchased this at the same time as I purchased my HERO cam so that I could safely carry it and all the accessories. The pre-perforated foam can also be cut to fit if necessary. The size is good for carrying one or more cameras including a charger, spare batteries and some small accessories. It's a great sturdy element proof case that is well worth buying.

Why? Because it's a different size and color!
I now fully comprehend the feeling that many women experience when they purchase a new purse: it's the same feeling I get when I get another Pelican case and the 1150 (Yellow) doesn't disappoint. I bought this banana-colored box to house two portable USB3 hard drives and some other goodies. I noticed that the lid doesn't appear to close thoroughly (you can see a smidge of black at the seam towards the back) but it nevertheless remains submersible. When the cases get this small I think that they become more cumbersome. There's a point of diminishing returns depending on what you're protecting. The 1150 is about as small a Pelican case as I can ever imagine wanting considering that the handle and clasps account for some 15% of its mass. The point is that the ratio of carrying capacity to plastic is skewed when you compare it to a larger case which makes me question the usefulness of the smaller cases.
