Can i use these as sleep in rollers?

Yes - If you are used to sleeping in rollers anyway you can sleep in these, although they are a bit prickly and not soft rollers. I sleep in mine and they are OK if you have thick enough hair to cushion the prickly bits. Hope this is helpful.
