My washing machine was delivered in a snow storm and the delivery man fell along with the dolly and washer but I needed it that day. Sure enough one of these pieces broke and as a new homeowner I couldnt chance buying the whirlpool version and it not being the cause of the knocking so I tried these out. They work AMAZING, they were very easy to put in, I'm a woman and replaced them by myself so theres that 🤣 now I can wash clothes without it sounding like someone's breaking into my house. I saw some of the previous comments say they didn't last long which I was not concerned about since I would replace them with the whirlpool option should they go out again, but I am pleased to say they have been going strong for nearly 6 months with no issues or complaints. Don't forget to reset your washing machine once you replace them or it will still be out of balance. I would definitely forgo the whirlpool brand and purchase these again in the future if need be.

Worked for my Maytag washer. My washer would shake so bad on spin cycle. I looked on Youtube videos and they said if the black part (that is circled in picture) slides easily with your fingers you need to replace the suspension rods. They showed hacks on YouTube that you could do to keep the old ones going. But I went ahead and replaced them all. Also they come with the plastic parts that the rods slide on. The ones on my washer were also cracked. It's a two person job, someone needs to grab the rods so they don't fall back down. That way you can grab it and slide it on to the plastic piece that keeps it in place. Took me about 1-2hours. You can tell my washer was shaking bad because the padding inside that the wash basket hits was all worn out. I ended up putting some other padding in there. Once I replaced them all I tested washer and I got 3 small shakes. I thought it was still broken, but it never did it after that. Maybe they were settling in place. I've done about ten wash loads from clothes to big blankets and it has been smooth. I can't say how long these will last but for $35 it's way better than having to buy a new washer.

This item really sucks. It’s great if you want to do the work twice. Spend the real money go by the OEM from whirlpool or Maytag and do it once. These are not strong enough to keep your machine in balance. Like I said if you want to do it twice, go ahead and buy it. I was a full the first time because I didn’t wanna spend the hundred bucks. But it was a lot of headache. There’s a reason they’re so cheap.

My washer was shaking like crazy! This company actually sends all the parts. For the price it’s totally worth it. Now the washer sounds like new again

I did the full rebuild on my whirlpool washing machine, including the bushing for the drum. Although it did not completely cure the free range roaming of my washing machine it is indeed greatly improved. The installation is fairly easy. Just need some basic tools. They appear to be exact replacement with the upgrade of the additional grease that Damion’s movement.

Being self employed and the prices these days it’s hard to make a good living and no one wants to pay an arm and a leg for repairs! Th cost and the product does not leave one with a costly part or poor workman ship. These are some of the best. Never a go back to a customer because a product doesn’t last.

This fixed our vibrating and jumping washer. This part fit perfectly. Great price.

My washer is a WTW5000DW3 and these rods fit fine, but did not behave any differently than my old worn rods. My washer still banged around with every load except very small ones. After a couple weeks of that, I ordered the OEM rods from somewhere else for about $100 and the banging went away. My opinion is that the springs on these rods are not strong enough. The damping worked fine, but the washer tub was not held in place as strongly as it should be. If I had kept the old rods I would have used one of the damping grease and foam ring kits (bounce-b-gone) and it would probably have been better than these rods.
