I enjoy eating and using dried beancurd in my dishes that I prepare It’s also a healthy food and can be used in vegetarian dishes Product is a bit fragile as it shatters easily

all of it was shredded, crumbled, un-useable! I had to toss it.

This is a very tasty addition to soup or stir fry but both times we ordered it it was in a box with unrelated items and unwrapped. The first time it was half smashed the second time it was pulverized. It is a delicate and delicious item that must be protected from being crushed in the package.
