These are hands down the best great tasting protein bars with awesome macros. Like many people I had tried Kind bars (protein plus series), these vere wery tasty but ridiculously small for the price. I then tried Quest which had more protein, were bigger but the taste and texture was not that great. I had tried several other bars but was not completely satisfied.But then I stumbled upon muscle pharm bars while searching amazon. Decided to take a risk of buying an entire box of chocolate chip cookie dough. When I tasted them I seriously thought to myself "where have you been all my life???!!!". The bars are of generous size, gave 20 g of protein, little sugar and a whole lof of fiber. But the taste... it does taste like you are having a cheat meal! So far I had gone through 2 boxes of chocolate chip cookie dough, 1 box of peanut butter chocolate. I had just ordered another box of chocolate chip cookie dough but amazon accidentally sent me cinnamon twist. I decided just to keep them. Thankfully!!! This just became my ultimate favorite.If I had to rank them in a specific order it would go like this:• Cinnamon twist- 10/10, it has a white chocolate covering and very strong smell of cinnamon• Chocolate chip cookie dough- 9/10, this one is covered in dark chocolate, very tasty• Peanut Butter Chocolate- 9/10, just like chocolate cookie dough it is covered in dark chocolate. Still very good, good to change up the flavors so you dont become sick and tired of the same thing.I will update my review if I try any other flavors.

Another excellent protein bar, without a doubt a great snack. It has good flavor and texture, and my favorite flavor is chocolate chip cookie dough.

Usually every protein bar on the planet tastes exactly the same but these little heaters have it figured out. I guess the best way to review this product would be to describe the different uses I have found for them.I am a pretty active human and I often keep one of these in my bag. If I need a pick me up in the middle of the day or on the train etc. these bars are filling enough to get that done and nutritious enough to feel good about it.I do some MMA, mostly Ju Jitsu, and the workouts/sparring sessions are pretty taxing. I can feel my body needs some protein and a touch of sugar after a hard day on the matts to get my recovery going and my insulin back in line. These bars provide a nice sweetness level with a low amount of sugar and a good amount of protein to get in after a workout.Lastly, I have been known to 'relax' around the house after a long day of work, training, and parenting. When I am sitting around enjoying those moments I save one of these for my dessert. It helps me scratch my sweet tooth without any munchie guilt after consumption.Convenient, filling, tasty, and healthy.

I have purchased the 12-pack chocolate chip cookie dough box three times so far.What I like most about these is that their flavor and mouthfeel are better than most protein or meal replacement bars. It makes it easier to choose as an on-the-go meal replacement for days when I can't make a meal. They last me about 4 hours before I feel hungry enough to eat again, although that may depend on the person consuming.One reason I prefer purchasing these on Amazon (apart from the store or gas station) is that for me they are cheaper. On sale, they are usually 2 for $5, whereas here they are less than $2 a bar. They also taste better, sometimes the ones at gas stations have not been stored properly and are a bit hard and tasteless.The reason these have not received five stars is due to their inconsistency. While they are consistently better than anywhere else, purchasing these bars vary in quality even from the same box delivered! Now none of them are necessarily bad or inedible, but sometimes they are harder or softer than the average. It's not a big deal, but if they want the five stars then consistency in bar production is my suggestion to improve.

The hands down BEST protein bar I've ever had (and I've had many). It doesn't taste like taffy like other bars, and in fact really does have a cookie-like texture. With 5g of sugar, while still tasting very sweet, you just can't go wrong. I really needed a bar with high protein, low sugar, and great taste, and this one is all of that. Gatorade protein bars probably are the only ones I think taste better, but those are basically a candy bar. This is nearly the same, with way better nutritional value. Go for it!ONE NOTE HOWEVER: If you order in the summer, at least for myself, they will arrive MELTED. When I ordered them in October, they arrived just fine, but in August you could feel they were totally mushy in the wrapper. If you get them melted just toss them in the fridge, it'll still taste the same. Of course it would be ideal if they could just come in the right condition every time, but I didn't think it was that big of a deal.

I have been a fan of Quest Bars (I prefer Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough) for a while, but have noted the consistency becoming more chewy lately, which led me to try alternatives. "Combat Crunch" (Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough flavor, naturally) was appealing due to the balance of 20g of whey protein, 13g net carbs, and 210 calories per bar. I don't have any nutritional objections to these bars versus the Quest products, but I will say that they have an off-putting milk-going-sour flavor (kind of like malted milk but not as strong) that I didn't especially enjoy. The taste isn't terrible, but I definitely don't think it is better than Quest. I bought the box of these based on the touted consistency being akin to a soft baked cookie, which I did not find to be the case. They are less like taffy than some bars, but nothing like a soft cookie either. Most annoyingly, the chocolate outer coating is very prone to melting. My first one at room temperature was a gooey mess that absolutely required washing up afterwards. I tried refrigerating and freezing them and that did the trick, though you have to let them warm back up a bit afterwards or you're back to the taffy-like consistency some people dislike about competing bars.I'm glad I tried "Combat Crunch" and can see where some people would prefer them over other bars mostly due to texture, but they can be very messy and after finishing the box, I have reordered Quest Bars instead.

Im so hooked on these! I am really surprised that I don't get bored of the flavor. Most often I buy protein bars in packs for the low cost, and most of the time I get 'bored' of the flavor. But I can't say the same for these. I get excited eating these protein bars! I love Cookie Dough and Cinnamon Twist. I crave sweets (not too sweet though of course!) especially after legs/cardio, and I feel way to guilty if I eat a cookie or a candy bar. So these are my replacements! They definitely do not disappoint! I always look for high protein, low carb + sugar and these are just what I was looking for. I know a lot of people are familiar and eat quest bars so I also compare it to the protein bars that I've tried. These way easier to eat and it doesn't taste processed like quest, nor have the protein aftertaste which is great! I absolutely recommend these to anyone looking for a protein bar or something helps with their cravings, and they don't skimp on the taste/quality!

Update 9.28.2027: I had to remove all the stars due to this gross and drastic change in bar formula/recipe that has aparently happened. I was such a fan of these bars and was ordering them from amazon every other week because they were fresher and gewier than buying from GNC and i was indulging in them daily, sometimes twice. They were out of stock for a few weeks end of this summer, then when they finally came back in stock, it took way longer than usual to arrive despite shipping with prime, as usual. When it finally arrived, a week late, it came packaged and tasting completely different. Not just the flavor, they also changed whatever they use to make the crunch too. Now it has such a poor and undesirable texture, its no longer bursting into chunks of yummy gewy chocolate like before. I liked so many flavors but the chocolate chip cookie dough was my favorite. I used to highly recommend these bars to everyone. I cant beleive you can change a product so drastically and still market it as the same thing as if nothing happened. Its so ruined now. Such a huge difference from the review I left before. Would give so much to get the old bars back.Best protein bars, yummy and reliable for macrosI had to log on and share a review because I just bit into what seems to be an upgraded version of the chocolate chip cookie dough flavour, which now has actual chunks of chocolate throughout the nougat, not just on the outside as it had been before and it was amazingly indulgent and delicious. I have been ordering these for over a year now to help maintain my macros and theyre great for when you are on the go and still need to hit your numbers without packing so many things and weighing them etc. Just throw one in my purse, nice and small, and im ready to socialize without the threat of temptation or hunger - these bars are lifesavers (these are especially clutch during ski trips!!). I have 2 a day: one white raspberry (after the gym), the other chocolate chip (latenight snack after dinner) which allows me flexibility to replace them with other things if needed. When I get a fresh batch, the texture is such an enjoyable combination of crunch and chewy. Very fulfilling because of all that fiber and such great flavor, none of that nasty chemical after taste that some other protein bars can have (cough...quest...cough) - these are such a treat that I look forward to daily. The combat bars are the best of the protein bars I have tried, almost all of their flavors were great (Chocolate cake and chocolate coconut are good. I did not enjoy birthday cake or cookies and cream) but the 2 I mentioned before are my fave (Choc chip cookie dough and White Choc Raspberry) I am careful to order only from "Amazon.com" on the sellers list because I have placed amazon orders for batches of these bars fulfilled by other sellers before and they were horribly stale and stiff, even though they were well within the expiration date and it greatly changes the taste and enjoyment. I had 2 just throw half of my last box out because I couldn't suffer through those gross rock hard bars anymore, and I was careful to never purchase from that seller again. So thats just my tip for trying to get the freshest bars because it seems that it varies greatly depending on the seller and how they are storing them.

Me encanto el sabor sabiendo lo que es, obvio no se compara con una galleta o chocolate real, pero para los nutrientes que te da y sus ventajas, esta bastante bien el sabor.

Las compre para un viaje que tendría y me pareció un excelente snack, tienen un muy buen sabor y textura a diferencia de otras barras de proetína, aunque el precio no es tan accesible creo que vale mucho la pena.

I love MP combat bars as their flavours are awesome. Love the chocolaty exteriors and the baked soft texture. They make my breakfast so good. One of the best protein bars out there.

Chocolate chip cookie tasty and filling. Keep in mind this is more of a meal replcement than a supplement. Taste and quality wise good.
