Very Good shilajit product, looks like pure and authentic, used 3 bottle and effectiveness is also good, i feel good strength, just only try to make your lifestyle disciplined, do your workouts regularly and eat clean diet avoid junk food, than it works really well, overall I am satisfied with this shilajit.
