Review: Five Stars - The beautifully weighted knife and excellent value for money Review: Not happy with quality - I am not happy with this. I bought this as a quality Sabatier product to replace a similar knife from my now very old V set. The weighting is off, the blade shape is distorted, and a rust spot and dark discoloration - which do not wash off - occurred the first time I used it to peel potatoes.
