Wooden Beach Striped Paddle Game Sets, Tennis Racket Outdoor Sport Games

These are great paddles and a step above the standard beach paddles. They also seem lighter as well. I often pack these on trips to the beach! Having this simple game at the beach is so perfect for getting a little exercise and not just laying around at the beach. I often joke that the worse you play (and have to run after a ball that wend somewhere silly or in the water, you've got the bonus us getting some extra exercise and giggles in! I often use the larger balls to go with them that have more bounce that are called Frescobol Balls (can find on Amazon) that have better bounce and make playing a little easier.

Loved it. Perfect.

Excellent !!!!

very good material and good quality

The smooth finish makes these easy to pick up and play with. One of my kids uses them outdoors, and there aren’t any splinters to worry about. The paddles feel comfortable in hand, and the rubber balls work well for casual back and forth. This is a simple set that does what we want from an outdoor paddle game. The wood gives the paddles a solid feel, but they’re still easy for a child to swing around. I like that the two paddles are different colors, so it’s clear which one belongs to each player. These aren’t meant for formal tennis or hard hitting, but that’s not what we use them for. For relaxed play outside, they’ve been a good fit, and I’m happy with how they feel in use.

Right out of the box, this set says quality. The paddles have a nice weight, feel comfortable in the hand, and the combination of multicolored wood and the engraved "Holyking" logo gives them a premium look. they're a nice size, large enough to hit reliably, but small enough to keep it a challenge. The balls are also a great balance of soft but firm. They bounce well, making it fun to hit back and forth and even bounce off the hard sand at the beach. The canvas drawstring bag is a nice touch, too. It's a sturdy, canvas-like material that adds to the overall upscale feel and makes keeping everything together easy. We played for hours trying to see who could get the longest rally, and eventually added another set of paddles and even a lacrosse stick to the mix. There are plenty of ways to have fun with these! I really want to give this 5 stars, but I have one concern about long-term durability. The padded handle is a separate wrapped material rather than being one solid handle, and it started sliding down the handle while we played. I had to periodically coax it back into place, and you can see in my photo where the wrap is already starting to gap despite my attempt to work it back together. Hopefully this is just a minor issue, but it makes me question how well the handles will hold up with repeated use. Value for the money will be determined by how long they last. Overall, these are a really fun, well-made set that feels considerably nicer than a cheap beach toy. If the handle wrapping holds up over time, I'd have no hesitation giving these five stars.
